Arrived for my appointment 20 minutes before it's scheduled time, then sat in the waiting room for a total of 50 minutes. No one at any point came out to give me a reason for my extended wait time. Decided to leave as I clearly wasn't getting any service. As I was leaving I stopped at the receptionist and politely told her I was leaving and simply asked to not be billed for this appointment at which time she made me feel bad for not being patient enough. I am now looking for a new physician and will not go back to Associated Physicians.

It is so hard to get ahold of anybody...Prepare to be on hold for an hour or more no matter what time of day you call. It is seriously impossible to get to talk to anyone at Associated Physicians.

I have NEVER left a negative review for any person or business before, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Gil Roth. I brought my 12 year old son, who is struggling with anxiety and having panic attacks to see him after he was referred to us by my son’s pediatrician. I purposely made the appointment for late afternoon because I knew that pulling my son from his morning classes would cause him even more stress and anxiety. A few days before the appointment, the office staff called and asked me if I could come in at 8 AM instead. My son was really struggling, and I didn’t want to

After a couple years of inadequate care elsewhere, I'm happy to have found Associated Physicians. When my "usual" doctor left the practice, Dr. Fothergill took over and she has been thorough and helped me even when I didn't know I needed it. She referred me to an allergist and that decision was unexpected, but also incredibly helpful.

I also see Dr. Schwartz for OB/GYN, and she is the best gynecologist ever. I wouldn't say I like having gyno visits, generally, but she's the best in town.

They lack professionalism and consistency. I'm barley ever able to get ahold of anyone, and on top of that everytime I ask for a call back to refill a prescription or any medical question they wait all day then call when they're closing and hang up quickly. The cherry on top of everything is if you miss 3 appointments in a 12month period they discontinue you as a patient REAL CONVENIENT when your unable to get ahold of staff here.

I am giving this review a 1 start due to my poor office visit with a different provider. Overall with my PCP Dr. Everton, things are wonderful and I highly recommend her.
I had to get sutures out and saw the NP Picone. I would NOT reccomend anyone to see this provider. She did not introduce herself or even confirm who I was when she came. When they started taking the sutures out, I had a decent amount of pain and she made no effort to stop or even try and be gentler. They then proceeded to use dull scissors which caused them to pull on the stitches even more and delaying the process. I asked them

Dr. Marchant is the most down-to-earth, caring and knowledgeable pediatrician we’ve worked with. Our kids talk about him as if he’s a part of our family and are excited when we get to go in and “visit” him at the clinic. No question has ever felt too small or silly to ask.

I WAS a new patient; Outrageous prices! Nice facilities though. I guess now I know why. I went in for a sprained ankle, just to make sure it wasn't fractured. I got an x-ray as expected. The doctor asked if I had an ankle brace at home and I said no, not thinking much of it. She came back with one, the normal kind that anyone can get at a pharmacy. I got a bill for over $200. I thought it was because of the x-ray. I looked closely at the bill. $168.75 for the ankle brace...WAIT WHAT?!! I found the same one online for $27 and another model for $16. This was the second instance. I also had blood

Disappointment on so many levels. They had no clue why I was there? Ask why I came in .. had to point out the details, which if PA took a moment to review would of realized I have major concerns. Dr Fothergill spent more time pushing her agenda on Covid than she did on my appointment. Never heard back on my lab results.. and this is why my pets get better care at their vet. Moving onto a functional medical doctor.

Dr. Amy has been great for our son. She is great at listening and understanding where we are coming from in order to create a care plan. She has been a great advocate for navigating our son's needs. We are so glad we found Associated Physicians.

The physicians I have met have been pretty good, the scheduling has messed a few times in making appointments for me I didn't approve of, or debating with me that my Dr ordered blood work for me once. On top of which we have had some really poor customer service experience. My family and I, with the nurse practitioners and medical assistants. Who have terrible attitudes. It reflects on the whole facility. Been going here years as it is close but I have had better experiences in the attitudes you get time to time.

From phone conversations with the receptionist & schedulers to triage Nurse Chelsea & my specific doctor I was seeing -- Dr Amanda Schwartz, I absolutely loved this place. I only had two prenatal visits here in my early pregnancy and I had to transfer since I was moving. Nurses and Dr Schwartz gave me such a clear understanding and comfortability to trust them and I could feel the amazing support from them as well. I so wish I could've gone my whole pregnancy seeing them and I was sad to go! But I'm glad I had such an amazing two visits -- that I would recommend them to anyone

Dr. Schmehil is very kind, easy to talk to, and I feel nonjudgmental which I feel is important in an OB/GYN.

I've had so many over the years with moves/job changes and her demeanor was one of the best I've ever experienced.

She was willing to talk with me about whatever, and took my concerns seriously but not over-seriously like some doctors can.

Even though I've only seen her once so far, I'd really recommend her!

I've been with this group for several months and so far, I am impressed. Showed up one day for an acute visit with no appointment, first thing in the morning, and they saw me within 45 minutes (your mileage may vary).

They seem to be on the ball, have good check-in staff that are nice and efficient, and I have not been kept waiting very long for a scheduled appointment (it would be OK if I was, I get it).

Plus they respond to MyChart messages very fast, which I notice.

I have had good physician experiences as well, of course.

So far, I am glad I switched from a much larger facility located

I'm originally from New Jersey, so my health insurance is based in New Jersey, thus limiting the number of in-network doctors I can see in the Midwest. I noticed the farther out I went, the fewer options I had. Of course, I called the bigger places first, and they told me either they weren't taking new patients or they couldn't schedule me until 2017. Well, thanks. Finally, I called Associated Physicians and was able to get an appointment for the following week.

I've only had one experience here, but it was a positive one. I didn't wait very long in the waiting room. I

I highly recommend Associated Physicians. I have been a patient since the 1980s. My doctors provide thorough exams; so thorough that a routine appointment about headaches led to an exam that uncovered a serious unrelated problem. Follow up is excellent. I was referred elsewhere for additional tests, yet my AP doc called just to see how I'm doing (even though she has info from referral). From routine exams to other health problems, AP is great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Berghahn's for about 3 years now. My Obstetrics history is quite lengthy, having experienced five miscarriages prior to the birth of our miracle baby and one miscarriage after. After transferring my OB care to Dr. Berghahn after my second miscarriage I immediately noticed a difference from the previous practice. She really took the time to get to know both me and my husband, talk about my history, and come up with a plan for the future. She was supportive of me seeing specialists when it became clear there was something more complex going on and was always willing

I'm a male in my 40 and have never found a doctor they had my best interests at heart. They all (male or female) feed you preprogrammed one liners. That was until I met Thomas Hyzer. He is my favourite doctor yet. Simply put he is a no nonsense guy. If you ask him a question he will give you an intelligent answer. He also shares his train of thought that brought him to that solution. He is more than willing to comply with your request but will also tell you if it is a waste of time. Hyzer is not for everyone, if you want a doctor that needs to sugar coat everything and give you moral support

This clinic really is quite excellent. Unfortunately, health concerns have caused me to be a more frequent visitor lately, thus I have more experience. I have nothing bad to say - the appointment backlog isn't bad, I never sit in the waiting room to long, my doctor listens well and never seems rushed, and they're quite willing to discuss things by phone when appropriate, saving me unnecessary appointments and co-pays.

I have been a patient at AP for the last couple years. When I got pregnant I was referred here from UHS and could not have been happier with my experience. (I had moved here from Milwaukee and hadn't gotten hooked up with a new OBGYN yet). My OB was Dr. Weidel, but I met all five doctors who had been in that practice, and Dr. Dickmeyer delivered my son.

However, about a year ago, four of the five OBs from this practice left AP to start their own women's health clinic, Madison Women's Health. Now they have four new OB-GYNs at AP, and presumably new nurses, PAs too. I followed Dr

I am in my third trimester, and I have loved my experience with Dr. Barbara Burns at Associated Physicians. She and the nursing staff have been helpful with questions/concerns and reassuring throughout my entire pregnancy. The staff has never been judgmental of my weight gain, decisions about my pregnancy care, or my birth plan. I would recommend Dr. Burns and Associated Physicians to anyone looking for an Ob/Gyn in Madison.
