I worked with Richard for about a week by phone and text in picking out the right trailer. Richard was always very responsive and answered all my questions. When I finally decided which trailer I wanted, I drove 8 hours to pick it up. Upon my arrival, it was washed, tagged and ready to go. Richard had all my paperwork filled out and ready for signatures. It was literally a 10 minute process. I will make the drive and deal with Richard for all my future trailer purchases.

I went to Texas Trailers to have a hitch installed on my SUV. They did a great job. Unfortunately, the car dealer sold me the wrong wiring harness - TWICE. For the third go around, Beth suggested that they obtain a wiring harness for me and install it. They did that, at a very reasonable cost and fit me in for this quick job despite them being booked out about a month in advance. I can’t thank them enough for their help.
When it comes time to buy a trailer, I’ll be going back to Texas Trailers. They are just great.

Ordered a trailer about 3 or 4 months ago... placed deposit on my credit card over the phone...was told it had arrived so I asked to have it delivered... was told 2.50 a mile... I live 61 miles away... that is $152.50.... he called me back and said it $250... I said that's not what you told me ... they called me back again and made it $200... still 33% higher than it should be... At this point he has also emailed me all the paperwork including needing a copy of my license and my complete credit card details....Within 1 hour of receiving the email I sent the required paperwork back. Still waiting on our Gooseneck flatbed we ordered in early April. They still have our deposit. First expected date was May then August, now October. Prices are climbing so I hate to think they sold ours from under us because a higher bidder bought it.

Took my boat trailer there to get breaks and hubs serviced, fix a tail light, and to check a tire that had tacks in it. When I picked it up, the running lights weren't working so they checked everything again. It was my truck that was the problem, not the trailer, but they still helped me figure out what was wrong and changed a fuse for me. They could have easily told me it wasn't their problem. Fantastic service!

These guy's are the biggest joke to buy from. I called to inquire about a trailer, was told it just came in yesterday. I put a deposit on it and went up to look at it the following day. Told the salesman at that point I wouldn't be able to pick it up until a week later. Also told him I would be up around 2 p.m. on the 30th. He proceeded to call me at noon and say "the trailer is ready to pick up, when are you coming" I reminded him I wasn't taking it that day. I get there and in the 2 hours he must have had amnesia because he said again..."it's ready for you to take home today." I purchased a trailer
