Up to the Challenge When you've been accused of a crime or need to resolve a family matter, trust in the wisdom, integrity, and patience that come from three decades of experience. A lawyer becomes more proficient with experience. On the path to proficiency, wisdom is gained by those who use their mistakes as opportunities for growth.
Throughout his career, Phillip Linder has done just that. The justice system is a powerful entity. Having navigated its complexities for more than three decades, Phillip understands that, in order to succeed, you must play by the rules and respect your opponents. The long game is usually far more important than the short game.

Embezzlement is a federal crime that involves the diversion or misappropriation of funds from an organization, estate, employer, or other entity. Once suspicion of an embezzlement offense has been established, the next step is typically an internal investigation which can lead to criminal charges by the federal government.
Fraud is a serious crime that involves the deliberate taking of money, property, or services by unfair means. A conviction on fraud charges can result in severe penalties and a criminal record that could put an end to your career and significantly limit your future job prospects. These cases are often complex, so it's essential to enlist an experienced fraud defense attorney.

My son was picked up by the Feds and all I can say is that this man went above and beyond for my child. He will do EVERYTHING in his power to help whatever he can. A crime that would normally carry anywhere from 10-15 years is scary but with his help my son was only given 27 months even the judge said on sentencing that my child blessed. Let’s talk about his legal assistant. She is the best. She always kept me informed of what was going on. I would text her all times of the day. This Angel never once complained instead she was always trying reassure me that everything will be ok and it. I swear

Mr. Linder dealt with our most difficult case using his years of experience and knowledge resulting in our case being dismissed by the DA. This was more than we had even hoped for. Throughout this trying ordeal he was compassionate and honest with us. His frequent personal phone calls to bring us up-to-date were most appreciated. We never felt rushed in his in-person meetings as well. His legal assistant was so professional and timely with all her informative emails. Having no prior experience with the legal system, our family was grateful for Mr. Linder's guidance and expertise in cases like ours

Positive: Professionalism
I’ve practiced criminal defense law for 27 years. I’ve worked with Mr. Linder as co-counsel on cases in both state and federal courts in Texas. He is excellent at evaluating his client’s cases and determining how best to proceed towards a plea of a trial. There is no substitute for experience.

Phillip Linder is an outstanding criminal defense attorney. I have had the opportunity to work with him on multiple cases. He is an expert in the field and really cares about his client. Phillip is willing and able to mount an exceptional defense and is not afraid of the courtroom.

I was falsely accused of a serious crime and was facing an uphill battle to prove my innocence. The stress and trauma of it was horrifying, but hiring Phillip made the process much easier. Not only was he incredibly supportive, but he worked hard in a challenging environment to clear my name and see justice done in my case. Because of him, charges against me were dropped to a misdemeanor and will be off my record in couple of years. Furthermore, because I was no longer facing anything criminal, I was able to gain custody of my daughter. Phillip gave me my life back and, for that, I'm eternally

I contacted Attorney Linder about a false accusation of injuring and abusing a child. Mr. Linder used his superior legal knowledge to reduce this to a deferred adjudication. He was also able to completely extract the abuse charge from the case. Though I still received the deferred adjudication on something I did not do, it could have gone Much worse without his assistance/guidance. His great assistant, Alexis Toscano has also been very knowledgably, patient and kind with my many questions.

Phillip Linder is an excellent attorney, very professional with high integrity and broad legal experience. He is knowledgeable of the courts in Dallas, Collin and Denton, having address legal issues for my family in all three counties. Phillip first represented my family in a child family law issue that was extremely complex and urgent, resulting in retrieval of our grandchild and establishing conservator rights. Phillip has continued to represent both the child's interest and that of the entire family as a participant in his upbringing. Phillip later represented my daughter in a separate family

First, I love these shining reviews, all made roughly "a month ago", consequently while Mr. Linder was under review by the disciplinary committee (which he NEVER informed his clients of).
If this guy gets court appointed to your criminal case, be ready to get what you pay for. Then, if you're dumb enough to let him trick you into retaining him, don't expect him to do what he says he will. He told me if I retained him, he'd have a better chance at getting the judge to lower my fiance's excessive bond. Then at the bond hearing, told me last minute not to mention it
