I am very pleased with my entire experience with Jabro. Sarah in sales was super helpful in helping me pick out the right flooring and Sherri in admin kept her finger on the movement of product from manufacturer to shop to ensure Jabro would be able to meet install date. And she kept me in the loop which in my book is pretty awesome customer service. On install day, the team was on time & ready to work. They knocked out the livingroom, hallway & bedroom in less than three hours. Great job by everyone.

Bought carpeting for my home. Working with Jabro was like working with family. We were allowed to take home as many samples to check out it our lighting. Changed my mind after my color decision and was able to take home more samples. I told them we had a 50# dog and was told the best for pets. No one was pushy. The installers came and were very… knowledgeable and professional. After installing, they brought in their own vacuum and cleaned up. We went somewhere else with the last carpet, and left with a mess and the carpet lasted only 6 years. Definitely recommend Jabro Carpet One.

We recently had vinyl plank, wood-look flooring installed in our Living Room, Family Room, Kitchen, Den, Entryway and Hallway of our home. We picked Jabros because of their excellent reputation for quality and craftsmanship. The flooring was comparable in price to the big box stores and the craftsamanship was superb in their installation, not to mention the excellent customer service right from the start, through completion of the job. Jabros is like dealing with family! They are a family-owned business of over 75 years and they treated us exactly like we were family. We highly recommend Jabros

I guess it was just luck that I happened to stop by Jabro's when starting to look at flooring for our kitchen and stairway to the basement...
Having already chosen a new wallpaper for the room, I wanted a vinyl floor to compliment the print. I'm known to be very particular, so when I found the perfect flooring, even I was surprised! Everyone who helped complete the project was great, professional and skilled. They even offered to paint and match the floor molding to the cabinets I had just renovated! When my husband and I saw all that was involved in the job, we realized the cost was very reasonable

Sue, my salesperson, did a fabulous job helping me pick out the perfect carpet and laminate. I needed carpet for a staircase and she steered me to the perfect weight and materials for such a high traffic area. I am very satisfied with the professional installation of the carpet as well. The laminate was purchased at Jabro but we did the installation. All the new flooring is beautiful. I highly recommend.
