Dr.jeff was born and raised in Newport Beach. he is from a commercial fishing family that has fished these waters for the past 75 years.
When jeff was fifteen years old a mystery virus paralyzed him, which is still unknown to this day. The virus attacked his nervous system and his body began to completely shut down. Dr. Todd Spicer was born and raised in San Diego. Growing up in SD he loved playing sports and surfing. He was awarded a full scholorship to play baseball at Indiana University where he tore his ligaments in his elbow and ended his career.

I've been going to Broadway Chiropractic since 2007 after hearing Dr Jeff spoeak at a meeting I was attending, his presentation was about body care and health. He's adjusted my dislocated ribs (I'm alway doing something to knock something out of place) as will as adjustments, most recently after an auto accident he put my ribs, should, back and other parts back where the belong so I was able to sleep in my bed again😎🤙🏼
