Services
The Repeat Renters Loyalty Program is a way for owners to thank their past guests for staying and to invite you to come stay again. These properties are offering past guests 5% off any available week to come stay again in 2022. Also, if you are a past guest of Sandbridge Blue but are not a past guest of a property on this list they are offering 3% off any available week in 2022 to give them a try.
All cancellations or reservation changes (including changing dates or switching homes) must be made in writing. The guest is responsible for verifying that Sandbridge Blue has received their cancellation letter. We cannot refund any advance payment for a canceled reservation unless the home is re-rented for the entire period and prepayment has cleared.
All properties with Sandbridge Blue do not permit smoking of any kind inside or on the premises. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, and vaping. When renting any property with Sandbridge Blue it is with the understanding that smoking is not allowed at the property. If there are signs of smoking inside the property there will be a $500 fee charged to cover the extensive cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition.

We had a wonderful experience with Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals. Our very first time staying in Virginia Beach. The weather was beautiful, the house was spacious, dog friendly, and tons of amenities. We will be going again next year. Durung the pandemic it was the perfect place to celebrate my grandmother's 90th. We had no reason to leave the house at all.

Read the fine print!!!! My 90 yr old father put a deposit of $1,895 for a rental in Sandbridge to celebrate his 90th bday with family . Sandbridge Blue Vacation rentals will not refund the deposit. His 2 kids (my brother and sister) were coming from California, and since the Covid rates became worse since booking, he decided to canceled 5 weeks before the booking & even bought travel insurance. We can get a refund if the place is rebooked and Covid isn’t covered with the insurance policy. We checked each day, a week before, and it was no longer showing available on VRBO so he was expecting a

Sandbridge Blue homes are amazing they are clean very modern and have everything you could possibly need.their agents are always available if you need anything .We love the keyless entry makes it so easy not have to go to a location to check in . Our 2022 vacation is already booked through Sandbridge Blue.we just got back and already miss it.

We enjoyed our stay in the home Bayside Retreat. It had all the space our large family needs, although the home had a lot of cosmetic issues (walls with spots, moldy areas from old ceiling leaks, loose boards and nails on the deck). We loved the dock and outdoor space. We did have an issue with the (very loud) smoke detector going off for seemingly no reason whatsoever. When we called the office, the person we spoke to was not at all helpful or apologetic, however the maintenance guys that came a few HOURS later were professional and did what they could to fix the problem. We stayed at Aquatic Dreams through Sandbridge Blue reality June 2021, and LOVED it. The house was beautiful and very clean!! We had 4 generations together from 11months old to 91 years old. The carpets were clean for the baby’s to crawl on and the elevator and handicap bedroom/bathroom on the first level was perfect for our 91 year old mother.
The kitchen is nicely stocked and had everything that we needed.
Had 1 issue we had to call for maintence on and they took care of it by the next day.
I was extremely pleased and look forward to returning in 2 years.
