Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote. That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins.

We had a great experience with bounce on us party rental. We rented a princess bounce house that was to big for our event space. Khari was a great help, he went and got us another bounce house that would fit indoors. They are very accommodating, professional and responsive. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

Two days before the event I was called to iron out the details, then again the day before. The day of the event the driver was early. He set up the bouncy house, made sure it was clean and ready to go, and came back the next day to retrieve it. Would book here again!

These guys were great - extremely responsive and professional!!! I wanted to surprise my kids with a last minute bouncy house rental for the holidays. I went on the website and text the phone number (after 6pm) for a last minute booking for the next day. I got an immediate response from the owner and was able to secure a bouncy house the next morning! The kids had a blast - great quality and very clean. They spent a lot of time cleaning and sanitizing at set up. When it was time to shut things down, my daughter had just come out as she really wanted to bounce one more time. Just as she came outside

We had a great experience with our rental! The set up was very quick, about 20 minutes, as we were prepared with a tarp and the space cleared. They picked up without anyone needing to be there, so it was very easy. We will definitely work with them again in the future!

Horrible customer service, the guy on the phone is extremely impolite, I was trying to explain what I want but because my English is not good enough for him he treated me extremely nasty. Disgusting customer service. We are in America, not everyone here in this country speaks English fluently. Do better!!!!

It's very unfortunate that others had poor experiences with this company but to speak for myself, I would recommend Bounce On Us! The gentlemen that did drop off and pick are so pleasant and kind. I asked for an early drop off and with no problem that came the evening before my event. The day after my event they showed up to pick up and it was perfect timing. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner and he was extremely helpful and friendly.
Honestly, they deserve more reviews like this. I will definitely be using them again for my next event!

I’ve never done this, but I’ve also never experienced anything like this before. We ordered a Bouncy House today for the kids from “Bounce on Us” Party Rental. They called yesterday to confirm drop off time and to take final payment. They never showed up today and never called. I tried calling multiple times (voicemail was full). I also sent a text and have still not received a response. I had to call my credit card company to make sure payment doesn’t go through. I wish I could give zero stars. When I ordered the bounce house for my son's 4th birthday party I was told it would arrive before my 10:30-12:30 party. Day of the party I listened to a voicemail from the night before that says I'm scheduled for a drop off between 11-1. I frantically call the company several times, message on facebook, send an email, send a text and cannot get a hold of anyone. Needless to say, we did not end up with a bouncy house and my son was super disappointed. We did get our money back but that doesn't make my son feel any better.

Attending a birthday party for a family friend’s 3rd birthday, with the highlight of the party being a bouncy house rented from bounce on us party rental. We were waiting for the house to arrive as it was scheduled for 8am. As the time passed and the house didn’t arrive, multiple phone calls were made, in contact with someone who only identified himself as ‘owner’. Ordered a combo bounce house/wet/dry slide for our daughters 3rd birthday to entertain the kids.

Horrible customer service. Contract said 8am delivery. Called 20 times on the day of the event and no answer. One guy answered saying he will let me know the est. arrival and never called me back. We didn’t get our items delivered until 1pm. Party started at 1:30. Unacceptable. I get it’s graduation weekend but PLAN. Per contract it says if the day of is busy, the company will deliver the night before. Why was this not done? Let’s get better on the logistics folks. Not to mention the chairs had yellow stains all over them. Delivery drivers were very sweet, I’m sure they were yelled at all
