Jim and Backyard Tent Rental were fantastic and I highly recommend them for any services you need!
My wedding venue had tables and a tent already on site, but had brick flooring and no dance floor. After a lot of searching, I was happy to find that their company rented just the dance floor without need of renting the tent as well. Jim was very easy to talk with, made the whole process very simple - he coordinated delivery/setup and pickup with my venue directly, with no added stresses (which was very nice since we certainly had enough else to arrange!). He even provided insight on sizing since

I just can't praise Jim Mariana (owner) enough for all his helpful suggestions, friendly manner and seamless delivery and pick-up. He helped to make this 25th Anniversary Party a huge success. Tables, chairs, linens, etc. were all in wonderful condition! I will definitely use Backyard Tent Rental for all of our future events and highly recommend them for all your events as well. Last year, my husband and I decided to postpone our wedding to 2021. As the date got closer, we decided we still wanted to get married on our original date, but have an intimate ceremony. At that time, it was very difficult to find what we needed, but Jim was so helpful and saved the day! He provided us with a tent, chairs, tables, linens, lighting and a beautiful arch for our backyard ceremony! Everything came together so beautifully! His team was responsive and professional, and I would highly recommend them!

My experience with Backyard Tent Rental was superb. The owner, Jim, is super nice, organized and accommodating and his crew were so friendly and efficient. It was a one stop shop for tent, tables/chairs and table linens. I’m not hosting tent parties very often but I would use them again every time. Highly recommend their services!

Jim and his team at Backyard Tent Rental were amazing to work with, and I'd even say they "saved" my wedding - I am a COVID-19 bride and our venue originally told us they could host 20 people for just a socially distanced, outdoor ceremony at the original location. With 35 days to go, they still had not responded to numerous phone calls and emails - I pulled the plug and began planning a backyard wedding. I found BTR on google and immediately sent Jim an email; we had a phone call, and after that, I felt so reassured that planning this was indeed possible. Jim had a professional yet very friendly

Jim is great! Personable and easy to work with. Jim sent us a schedule for the day so we could see where he needed to go and what times he expected to be there. Jim and his team showed up a little early and ready to get to work. We rented the 20x20 tent with lights and a dance floor and 50 white folding chairs for a very reasonable price! Everything was up and the team was off within 30 minutes. We were very happy with this rental and we would use them again or recommend them to friends and family!

Jim was awesome to work with, beginning to end! He and his helper set up the tent in record time, and did a great job showing us how to do the things we might need (put up the sidewalls, light the heater, etc.). The tent looked phenomenal, and it was a huge relief to know that we had it just in case the night turned nasty.
The price was great, the service was great, the communication was great, the product was great. What's not to love?
