Cox graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas where he received a B.S. degree in Biology. In 1997, he graduated from the University of Illinois at College of Dentistry receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

I will never recommend this office. The office staff in Lenior is The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They can't seem to keep appointments straight it took my orthodontist 10 calls to get my records as of July I am still trying to get my records transferred to a new dentist and they keep sending me appointment confirmation request. If you want stress go to this Dentist otherwise find someone else!

The best dentist I have ever been to!! The exrays were easy,didn't hurt,and was a smooth process to get done. The dentist, Mr. Cox, explained everything in simple and detailed terms and procedures for the treatment. Carolina Dentistry is the most comfortable dentist I have ever been to. Left with a smile on my face and no pain. Pleased with their professionalism, patience, and knowledge.

Had 2 fillings done. 1 of which never quit hurting. when I returned and expressed my concern for that side all the dentist checked was that I bit down even, didnt see if there was a hole or if the filling wasn't in correctly. he was very rude to me and told me that he couldn't help that I couldnt bite anything without pain. I do not recommend visiting their office!

Very quick visit for my 80 year old Mother! Our appointment was at 2:15 - we arrived a little early-took us right back-we were outta there by 2:30! That’s fast service-and their main concern was “are you happy”? I wish I had gone to Dr. Cox when I had my dentures and partial and crowns done! I would have saved a bundle!!!

First time patient today. Found everyone very friendly and helpful. Thank you Samantha for addressing my insurance issue with concern and scheduling my first appointment with all my records in order. Susan my Dental Hygienist for a thorough cleaning and kindness taking many xrays needed to update my good dental health working in a very
small mouth!! Dr. Cox for a great dental exam and for his kindness in taking care of a small chipped tooth for me today so I didn't have to make a return trip back.

Very professional staff, from the front of office to the back. Dr. Cox is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, with just the right amount of humor and he did not rush the process; taking the time to answer ALL of my questions. I am not very fond of dental appointments and usually extremely anxious, but not so much with this appointment; and it was my first. It was a very pleasant experience!!! Service with a smile from everyone!

This place is amazing for all your dental needs. From Georgia (visiting) I came down with a terrible toothache and called them. I knew it needed extracting and they got me in within 2 hours. They are very professional and were companionate to my needs. Yes it got extracted and I want to thank Samantha, Jenna, the entire staff and especially Dr Cox! I will continue to use them (when needed) and I recommend them to anyone who needs dental care.
