We will offer both curbside and in-person options for exams. You can specify your preference when you make your appointment or at the time of check-in. All medication, food, and surgeries will still be curbside only for the time being. Only one client will be allowed in per visit. Call the clinic when you arrive and let us know which spot you are in.

Been going to North Heights for year and I really trust Dr. Laura Russo-Klister; exspecially when my family had to say see you again to our boy Hudson in 2014 as the Dr was sensitive to our familys wishes and our beloved dog. I continue to ask for her and she's great with all my babies as I'm sure the rest of the Drs are too. The staff is always welcoming and explain things thoroughly if needed. I take my new puppy and my cat her for their visits.

I have had four dogs cared for my NHVC. My current dog is almost 14, and at his most recent appointment, needed a lot of gentle "securing" in order to examined, blood drawn, etc. The tech who assisted was incredibly effective and firm but kind and sweet with my dog; Laura, the vet, quickly ascertained what his current senior dog issues were re: neuropathy and cysts.

We love North Heights Veterinary staff! We have taken our dogs there for 5+ years and have always felt satisfied with the care and attention they give to our pets. We recently encountered several unexpected visits to North Heights for our bunny. Dr. Laura Russo was amazing with our bunny's care! I like everything about this place. The staff is awesome. They truly care about my critters and they offer good sound advise and directions. There prices are very reasonable. Recently I made a mistake about my appointment date and missed the appt. They got me in the next day without making me feel like an idiot. . . which I was. Just a GREAT place!

I've been bringing my dogs here for 20 years and have always had great experiences even when the situation isn't so great. They are very knowledgeable and customer service has always been exceptional.
All these years later Dr Bruce Byon and Dr Lynn McDermott are still there helping all the animals they can and they have been awesome. The staff has grown considerably since I started going there. Dr Lauren Destiche is currently helping us through a very difficult and atypical infection I've never heard of before, it was resistant to the usual antibiotics but she handled the situation great and got
