I called a number of companies and Coastal got back to me really quick. Requested a quote and got it really fast and response with what we wanted to go with. After that NO feedback. I had to reach out regarding a date. Terry confirmed verbally only July 24 between 10-11 am. No guidelines provided regarding how we needed to prepare but we went ahead and cleared the area. Both myself and husband reached out for some feedback on time today after the time had pasted as of 1:00 pm the same day...Nothing! We are planning to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Southern hospitality is alive and well at Coastal Enclosures. The quality of work from this family owned business is second to none. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated.
