K B Sunspaces, owned by Earl and Kathy Beaman, opened in 2014 in Murrells Inlet. Since that time, they've doubled in growth every year, which enabled them to purchase the building at their present location at 11768 Highway 17 Bypass (Frontage Road), seven buildings south of their old location, quadrupling their space.
Initially, they started selling vertical 4 track windows, then expanded to screen, vinyl and glass rooms. Upon purchase of their new building, they were able to add furniture and firepit lines, as well as retractable screens, shades and awnings, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, anything to do with outdoor living - or simply what Kathy calls "The Lowcountry Lifestyle."

KB Sunsapces was our first choice for a pergola and patio extension project because they had completed work in our neighborhood,. However, had to wait (didn't get estimate until I sent email to the owner) a week for an estimate. When the estimate arrived it was: incomplete (it didn't have all the features we wanted included); incorrect (wrong measurements); very little detail; and was the most expensive estimate we received.

I ordered a replacement door for our sunroom that was a custom door. We had several issues with the door and a hiccup with getting the door replaced. Once the owner found out about our delay, she called immediately and took care of our issues right away. The quality of the door is outstanding. And Kathy's dedication to customer service is exemplary. I highly recommend

I had KB install vinyl windows on my screened porch. Their installers are very good. The product itself was defective, but when I pointed it out to them that the windows looked 'Wavey', they investigated and replaced them, no problems. I've rarely dealt with a better company on any level. Great product, great personnel, great company. Thank you.

I love my new enclosed porch! KB Sunspaces enclosed my screened porch to keep the pollen, dirt, and rain out. I elected to use the vinyl windows because they were less costly than glass and I wanted my porch to still be a porch. I had three other estimates and KB Sunspaces provided the most detailed estimate and was the best combination of reliability, value, and professionalism. Dennis, the installer, does impeccable work! Very impressed! When the work was completed, Phil came out and inspected. I am very pleased with the work that KB Sunspaces did and I love my new porch.
