I searched high and low for a good hair and makeup artist for my wedding and I've even tried so many i almost despaired about not finding the perfect one. I was searching randomly on my phone and found Eugene based on location. I made a mental note to contact him the next day.
The next day, I went to Downtown Brewery Art show and in one of the artist's houses, I happened to his business card! Talk about fate. So I emailed him right after that and we agreed to do a trial. On my trial, he came even earlier at a relative's house than I did which shows how professional he is.
