New York Spine & Wellness Center offers our patients leading-edge solutions for back pain and spine pain, either of the acute or chronic variety. Pain management is one of the most important parts of a patient's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our services address all three types of needs with a staff of board certified pain medicine specialists, rehabilitation specialists, massage therapists, and more.
We are the regional leader in providing chronic pain services to CNY and have an opening for a full time LPN. You will be responsible for assisting providers and other clinical staff with patient care and will work on a rotation between our Widewaters, North Syracuse, and Camillus offices. Qualified candidates must have a current NYS LPN license and CPR certification.
Patients must be registered in the patient portal in order to request prescription refills between appointments. Requests for refills may be made via your computer or the Follow My Health phone app. REGISTER TODAY. Delays in registration may cause delays in your refill request being processed. Patients without access to the internet will need to place their refill requests through their pharmacy.
New York Spine & Wellness Center offers online bill pay as a secure, convenient payment option for our patients. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards and electronic check payments through checking and savings accounts. If there is a balance due on your account, you will receive a statement in the mail.

First visit was with Dr. McConn and in March and he did ganglion injection series. He was kind, patient and gave me hope of a pain free life. he told me they could treat me for both crps and fibro. Followed up in July with Carla and she was kind as well and we had a plan. Left the office yesterday Nov. 4th in tears as she pulled a complete 180 on me. Told me there was nothing more they could do for me. Suggested acupuncture as it helped her. I told her my insurance wouldn't pay for that and I personally can't do that due to fibro and I physically couldn't handle the needles. She also suggested

The check in and out staff is constantly changing they are usually rude too because they don't want to help you, I have also been trying to call in medicine for over 1 week now along with my, pharmacy to get no results from anyone, I get a very rude letter in the mail telling me to do it through the pt portal I have done that 6xs also with no response it's like no one in their works

Something needs to be done on the federal level because the price of product is too high for the average guy and the money the FDA holds back from the industry from Insurance is Criminal Because it directly interferes with treatment due to my being a poor person, causing irregularities in treatment and wrongful treatment by close family and friends who experience the struggle.

Thank you spine & wellness center ! I have a better quality of living and able to run my business/personal life. The staff is great Sherri hill is super! I never feel rushed at my appointments. .. Also the prior authorization department does a great job! I have been going there for 2 years and happy with the way I'm treated . I hope this is helpful to who ever is reading it.

My brother inlaw had a small surgery and I had to wait out side which was fine but had to use bathroom went in and got told i couldn't use the bathroom! Even though I couldn't leave to find 1 to use!

Always professional staff, have seen 3practitioners and liked all. Appointments are generally on time and with efficient systems and staff. I have called and used the online system for semi-urgent or follow up communication and have usually gotten reasonably prompt and appropriate response.

Dropped as a patient after one appointment, Nurse practitioner Julie Glaza lied on my chart to get my medication taken, was so mean, they just didn't want to refill pain medicine, just wanted to take me off it cold turkey, an easy out for them just to lie and get me off their appointment book. This after they promised my retiring Dr a seemless transition over to their practice. Offered gabapentin! I have hard to see if you ware in my spine, not nerve pain! I didn't like the gabapentin that made me like a zombie, so they dropped me as a patient because somehow they thought I was being rude when

Absolutely the worst! Never or (extremely rarely) see a actual Dr, only a PA... and beware of their "required" urine screening... it's a total joke. You place your urine in the wall often with other patients STILL in the same wall... they line as many as 6 urine samples up at a time in the clearly visible nurses station, all open and only label is on the removed lid! Wow, I wonder how your urine test comes back messed up?? Mine did. It took them 4 days to notify me and I immediately drove back to their Taft Rd location disputing results and requesting a new test. They rudely refused to retest me

I've been a patient there for many years. I do like my Dr., P.A., the nurses, and the staff, very much. The changes the mgnt has made has turned us as patients into an assembly line in a factory. You can no longer get through when you call. I just spent 20 minutes on hold, with the same exact elevator music song repeating over and over again. (This is the 3rd time I've tried to try to call & make an appt. I give up now.) Of course anyone would lose their temper after that. I didn't even get a chance to. No one ever answered & there's no place to go to tell them how you feel!

I've had chronic issues with my back for the last few years and have been pushed from doctor to another. After my second time there the provider I saw shy is clearly someone who cares a great deal for her patients. My only complaint are some office policies but providers have little to no say on those. That being said I could not be happier the care I've received and the friendliness of the staff, I would recommend them to anyone who needs care
