J Cola Hair Salon opened it's doors back in 1997 in Roseville, Michigan. They are still at the original location on 10 Mile and have been in business for 20 years. The stylists at J Cola are all highly educated in the art of cutting hair and all phases of dimensional hair coloring.

I went there about 2 years ago. I got a hair cut and blonde highlights. But im very cautious when comes to my hair bc ive had bad experiences in the past.
I was very very excited & happy with my hair stylists job. I hate when they dont listen to you. My lady did. I also cant stand when you say i want a lot of blonde highlights all over but I DO NOT want thick ones only thin. And i didnt want a Carmel blonde or a white blonde. I just wanted a normal blonde. I shiwed her the color i wanted in a book. She did everything perfect.
So now that Covid is still going on, i cant wait no more. I have to

WAY overpriced. I explained that I wanted to have highlights and lowlights but stressed that I don't want to be dark. Though I think she knows what she is doing it is much darker than I like and the price is almost $100 more than I usually pay. At the end of the day,
I am not very happy. Even the salons in Grosse Pointe are cheaper.

So I was going to a salon in royal oak for about a year, and the stylist never reached my expectations on what I wanted to do with my hair. I was losing all hope until my sister told me about Rachel at J Cola and let me just say that im glad I listened to her because Rachel is great at what she does and always meets my expectations! Wont see anyone else. Thanks Ray for dealing with my hair. 😋

The only salon I go to! Lisa has been my hair savior for almost 20 years and I won't trust anyone else. I don't go often, but I always feel like I'm coming back to a group of friends when I do finally make my appointments. My bill is always less than I'm expecting and the end result is always better than I could hope for.

Very courteous. Helped me in a jam. I met with Liz for the first time today. From the start, she gave me great suggestions on how she'd cut it and how to wear it. She has a vision before and follows through successfully. Liz asks professional questions so she's knows how to help you get the look you want to go for.
