My friend went there recently and came back with a terrible experience. They bleached her hair way too much, used too strong of a bleach and left it in for way too long. This left her with a balding area and bad scalp burns. D9 NOT go here. They clearly do not know how to use products safely and have no knowledge.

They bleached my hair, front and they have caused MAJOR damage on me. Like chemical burn on my scalp, they didn’t do a great job on dying my hair silver. We got a refund, however. I do not know if I’m actually can regrow my hair back.

they gave me chemical burns, cut way too much hair off and told me not to say anything. The owner said I was too fat for her chair and that I should bring my own next time. The stabbed my scalp with a comb because I “kept moving like a child” worst experience of my life.

WASTE OF MONEY AND RUDE! The wash pre-hand was amazing, very pleasant and relaxing. For the cut, the stylist not only didn’t listen but saw his mistake but could careless to fix. Ask for a 1 on the side with a fade to blended to top. He went straight to buzzing my hair with no regard to how much he was cutting. For a first time client, he did not listen or took his time to see what he’s doing is what I wanted. He continued to trim the side in and neither side is even with each other. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Going here you’re better off cutting your hair at home

Plastic dividers hang from ceilling, this is so great. Customer feels safer. Thumbs up.

I love this place. Everyone is super pleasant, great atmosphere, clean, friendly and terrific services. I love when they want my hair it's so relaxing. Top of the line. Will never go anywhere else.
