I really hate doing bad reviews, but Sonia really deserves this one. I contacted her a week ago about renters insurance and gave her all of the necessary information and I also asked about health insurance, which she said she would forward me a contact since she doesn’t do health insurance herself. I told her I need the renters insurance by today and early if possible. She said okay and she will get back to me on that. No only did she never get back to me, but she never contacted me at all. She never forwarded the health insurance contact nor did she even move forward to try with the renters

We have continuously had problems with our mortgage banker, claiming we don't have the proper insurance on some of our properties. The staff at Prestige is always willing to step in to correct the records of the banker, despite the fact it seems like a constant effort! My home insurance, with one of the major insurance company, has gone up 15.5% even though, I had no insurance claims (?!). My insurance agent was not able to help much. A friend of mine recommended that I get in touch with Shannon Morgan from Prestige Insurance and I am glad I did. What a difference in service, understanding and price! She did not "push" options that were not needed; nothing more, nothing less, and on top of that, she was able to save me a lots of money. So, please, give her a chance if your insurance is due for a renewal.

On May 3, 2019 I went to the Prestige Insurance office to make my annual payment. I also had several questions about the policy terms and conditions. I met with Rosa. She thoroughly answered my many prepared questions. What really impressed me was what she said after answering my many questions.
