She takes her time while speaking to our clients seeking to obtain information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances. Uses appropriate adjustments, deductions, and credits. Crystal has excellent communication skills being bilingual Spanish/English and provides services in both languages fluently.

I been going to Ayuda for over 12 years probably longer. On several ocasiones have come asked for duplicate copies of my tax returns and they have come through on last minute notice. I been advised on several financial needs I even set up. Roth IRA account and a comprehensive life and disability insurance policy.
One year the IRS asked for documents before they release my return. I was scared; I just gave the letter to Ayuda and they handed it without question.
Taxes yes, insurance too, all I know my mom, my ex, my mother in law and a couple of friends still go to Ayuda off my referral.

Been going to Jaime for almost 10 years. When my wife and I owed for various mistakes we made, I gave Jaime POA to fix all of my taxes. After two years adjustments, repayments, payment plans, and credits our taxes were finally all in order. Since then attention to detail and year by year comparison with explanations to learn from each year continues. Jaime has also been there to help my other family members with their taxes. The cost of preparing my taxes from Ayuda (hey SF isn't cheap..i get it) have gone up, but so have my tax refunds which to me works fine. The work is done... we both win!

I use to go here to do my taxes I did it for 3 years then one day my uncle asked me if I knew a place were he could go and resolve some problems he had with the IRS I told him to go to this place because they were nice and they help me a lot.
So he went there and he was told that they could help him but first he had to pay $500 to start the process and at that moment my uncle didn’t have any money but Some how he got the money the $500, they told him that this could be resolved in 3 weeks, Three weeks passed by He called and asked how his process was going he was told to make an appointment
