The boys cross country team continues to show strength heading into the District Championships this coming weekend. On Saturday at West Orange, they finished second place. The cougars finished just two points behind Timber Creek. Three UHS runners finished in the top 10. Alejandro Berrio was the individual runner-up with a time of 16:38.

UHS Bowling Team Members Mason, Justyn, Michael, Mackenzie and Brittany receive a Behind-the-Scene Tour from Boardwalk Bowl's lead Engineer Mr. Pete. It's very impressive! Boys Bowling beat Boone 2525 to Boone's 2425 Girls Bowling lost to Boone by only 4 pins. UHS' Jandimas Rivera had Game High (243) and Series High UHS' Karlee Santiago had Game High (197) and Series High Boys JV beat Boone High easily and Girls JV lost to Boone Girls.
Our awesome UHS Cheerleaders will be featured on XL106.7 Friday morning sometime between 6:45am - 7:10am. Senior captains Maddie, Cayden, and Jennie will be speaking with the XL morning show talking about this Friday's football game at Cypress Creek. Special thanks to Rae for having us on. Bowling and golf will have interest meetings once school starts with practices following a week later.
