Services
The wash/detail process consists of reconditioning your vehicle inside and out. Depending on your budget we offer a variety of full and express detailing & wash services to fit your budget. All services are performed by a professionally trained staff member certified to meet the high quality standards of MINUTE CARWASH.
Membership automatically renews each month (on the same day of the month of your initial sign-up). You may discontinue at anytime by giving us written notice at least 5 days prior to your billing date. Membership is per vehicle and for personal use only. Taxis, limos and any type of commercial or fleet are prohibited.
Minute Car Wash is dedicated to helping organizations meet fundraising goals for their communities. We do this with a program called Helping Hands. Your organization simply sells Minute Car Wash exterior or full-service car wash tickets and keeps 50% of the funds you raise. The success of this program is a result of the fact that you are giving your contributors something of value.

This is place is the worse, $21.00 for full service and they give you half service the workers do not clean the interior quick wipe and done just to move on with the next car, I'll never get a full service there just maybe a car wash and keep it moving or go someplace else where there no in a rush.smfh

Spend $50 on detail job for my car to sit outside for 30 minutes, door open and running. Not one person touched it until I started to yell. Then when they told me the car was done, I told them I was watching and it wasn't even touched. Only to pull my car to the side of the building and start a horrible detail job. This was the best spot to go to back in the day. Horrible customer service.

A clean car clears your mind..! I can't describe what a feeling it is to step into my newly detailed car. I have never been one to put much emphasis on this but at a friends suggestion I brought my car here to get detailed. Such a professional staff and my car looks brand new. The detailers so an excellent job bot on the interior and exterior. Been here four times and they have always brought my car back to showroom quality. I would give them five stars but it's often very unorganized as far as your appointment not being scheduled in the books as it was over the phone and trying to get through over the phone is sometimes a challenge. However the manager has always made sure everything was corrected and apologized. Will definitely continue coming here and have purchased numerous gift certificates for friends and family. Highly recommend coming here!

I took my car there Monday after coming back from the beach on the weekend. The car was full of sand and had hundreds of died bugs on the front grill. I went to the car wash to check out the prices to get it detailed. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by the manager Abby. I told him what I want to do and he explain to me my best options. He was very detailed about explaining what they will do to my car to get it the way I wanted it. He told me to leave the car and it should be done around 5...5:30 in the afternoon. He ended up calling me at 4 saying my car was ready. When I got there he walked

Like how they clean inside and outside including floor mats,& if not satisfied just talk to management & they'll try to rectify problem. I always ask service people to correct a problem and they have always obliged me. Most car washes you drive thru and their job is done , at least here they throughly dry vehicles. When I need a good wash I go to minute wash on Robinson Ave.

I called the place up 30 minutes prior to me getting there, ask the person that I spoke with if they do photo inspection for new policies for Liberty Mutual. She replied yes. I asked if she will be able to do it today. Female replied yes. I told her I'm 30 minutes away would she be able to do it? She replied yes. I got there within 30 minutes went inside I waited two minutes until she acknowledge that I was there this is after she was finished from her back rub by unknown male. Tells me oh you just poked me 30 minutes ago sorry I can't do the photo inspection it's starting to rain

I've used this car wash at the Robinson Street site since I moved here a year ago. I recently got an email for a discount on detailing and I made an appointment for 8am, since I needed to wait for my car. They put two people on it and my car was finished within two hours, plus it looked like it had come right out of the factory. Great place, friendly, and their crews do a terrific job!

I have used this car wash several times and on each occasion my car seem to come out dirtier than the time before. $25 plus tax and the inside and outside is still dirty. Crumbs still on the floor, and salt and dirt on the entire exterior of my vehicle. Normally i would call one of the attendants over and complain but today i just can't be bothered. This will be my last visit...will not use and would not recommend.

Do NOT GO HERE. Wash on Broadway location tore the rear wiper off my car. Attendant retrieved it, but it was broken. They sent me to their 9W location to make a claim report. Was told I have to wait to see "Gary." Waited half hour while he vacuumed cars. Finally he took my info. Two weeks later no word. Guess small claims court is next. Would Not go back there.
