I have to tell you, I was impressed from the time they answered the phone! Upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had high expectations from a place to get an inspection or a quick oil change. I expect decent service and I'm out. Well these guys are fun, personable and quick! I've never laughed and engaged in the great conversations I had there at other places. Even came with a car wash! No appointment needed I just had to be there by 4:30. I got there at 4:20 and done by 5. Yes, I will be back!

1 star removed because they tell you your vehicle requires synthetic oil when it 100% does not! Their computer system is programmed to convince you to spend the extra money when your owners manual tells you what's actually required. Synthetics are generally optional unless you have turbos, superchargers or high performance engines. They will write on your invoice that your not using the correct oil which is a bit annoying and inaccurate.

I just told you I wasn't and you deleted it. Also your "technician " did not change my oil filter and tried to get me to do another oil change after they messed the first one up. And my friend had brakes done recently and it took 6 HOURS for them.to change it. What do have kids playing mechacnic at daddy's shop.

This place is a total joke. First time I called, they told me to come in for a oil change. Then told me they had a problem and could do it in a half hr. After a half hour then said they couldn't at all. Then I called for a inspection, no problem come in. Oh wait we don't have any inspection stickers. They should pay me for the time I wasted here

READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The passive-aggressive replies to other reviews let you know enough already. You'll either A) be told you weren't a customer or B) to come back and have the issue "looked at". The best part is your original problem won't be addressed, you'll be bribed with a free wash to remove the review! Doesn't take too long to understand why it's a ghost town

I went here to get my oil changed and told them that I needed to also get my washer fluid refilled. They said that they would top it off for me as a courtesy for being a good customer. Did not know that they not only messed up the washer line going to the hatchback of my car but also somehow put a hole in my washer fluid tank. Went in there with the wipers working fine, left with more broken than when I came in. Thank you for the gesture but this will be the last time I go here for oil change as I do not trust you guys anymore.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went to get an oil change and left with problems with my car. Do not let them under your hood. Look at this response! it was a little over 1,000 not 3,000, that’s absolutely right I refuse to go back there for peace of mind. I had a bad experience. I can just say don’t go here.

Came here to get my brakes and rotors done, only the fronts were after I was told they were replaced all around. Pins were bent, rotor was being scratched from being installed correctly.. Gashes from a hammer on my caliper piston like someone who wasn't certified to work on cars was doing my brakes, Shop owner didn't know his left from his right after returning 4 times with no fix. He'll try to give you free washes if you remove your bad review which is why there aren't more! Don't get any work done here place has been going down hill the last few years. Great to know they'll let a customer drive
