Contacted IV for a bathroom estimate . Melissa, I guess in the office, Said no problem and asked that I send them current pics.
Few days later sent me an email advising they "recommend" having their design consultant, come out and do her design thing. It would cost $100 and if we liked the estimate it would go towards the cost. I don't need it and didn't ask for it. I guess that's there way of charging for an "estimate" Melissa also said the owner is a designer. If that's so, his expertise should be part of the process automatically. You know, the cost

Our bathroom remodel was a breeze and we are thrilled with the final product! Isrrael was able to provide a contactless estimate using photographs I sent him. The crew worked hard every day and our bathroom looks phenomenal!! Isrrael and our project manager, Jose, were very responsive, which was one of the big reasons we went with this company. They answered questions very promptly. I also felt the crew took precautions to keep themselves and our family safe during construction. We’re very happy with IV Remodeling!!

Isrrael was contacted to remodel our small bathroom. He is prompt and professional, he drew up a sketch of what he would do and what would be aesthetically pleasing. Although we haven't set a date to move forward. Once we are ready. I am looking forward to see the finished product. Thank you!

IV Remodeling recently finished remodeling our kitchen. With a 5 star rating you'd expect that the work quality was top notch and the price was fair: it was. But more than that they worked with us from the initial design helping us to select colors and materials that really delivered what we wanted when we weren't exactly sure what we wanted. Great design advice and a very professional crew. They were respectful of our house and us throughout the 3 week remodeling process. They will be the first company we call for future projects.

We love IV Remodeling! Our project was lil bit complicated as room transformation from the Laundry room to the Bathroom... But the IV Remodeling was the one of the company that gave us very detailed estimate out of almost ten companies that we contacted. The owner, project manager and the crew was very friendly, helpful and experienced and they were always there for any questions that we had during the whole remodeling process.

We postponed our kitchen remodel for years; I did not know how much I would enjoy a new kitchen until it was done! Israel and his crew are all specialists, helped us make good choices and gave great advice. Prompt response on all communications, ready to solve any problem, and good cleanup after. Keep in mind a kitchen remodel is going to be stressful; you don't know that until you're in it. But you will be so happy you took the plunge when it's done! Thanks, guys!

This was our 4th time using IV. And every experience gets 5 stars. This last one 6. Jose was great. Easy to work with, adjusted the job as we went, fixed any issues we had. And always was professional and courteous. And he was just an all around nice guy. The crews are all top notch at their job. And always, this crew does a first rate job at a better price than anyone in Austin. Isrrael is honest and will advise on what is best and what is really needed. Isrrael, Jose, and their team did an amazing job installing our new kitchen backsplash! Isrrael gave me a competitive and accurate quote almost immediately (on the weekend!), and was able to start as soon as we had the materials on hand.

Everyone we interacted with was kind, considerate, communicative, and trustworthy, and the work they did was of the highest quality! We'll definitely be using them again for future projects!

I reached out to dozens of remodeling companies on Yelp for help with a couple project (described below). I focused on 4.5 star contractors and was having the hardest time finding an outfit that didn't have a 6-month waiting list or a $100K project minimum.

IV responded back and Jose came out to look at the work. He provided a quote within 24 hours and said he'd be able to get his crew starting the following week. The combination of responsiveness, price and ability to start within a week were the main reasons we selected IV.

Their work is shotty. Already cracking in the ceiling from their rental unit. live open wires which arent up to code. Pretends to do good work but upon further inspection you can see its not right and just covering up holes beneath carpet.

Though we have not used IV Remodeling for our remodel (yet!), we had a fabulous experience meeting with Isrrael today. We are about to embark on a very large kitchen remodel also encompassing opening up two other rooms to the kitchen. Isrrael spent over an hour with us providing very unique perspective on his design approach, several scenarios we had not considered. I definitely would feel great about using IV Remodeling, he went above and beyond at our meet and greet today!

I have used IV remodeling for a multiple jobs around the house, and in all cases i was happy with the results and the price.
The main job was paining the exterior of the house. The team was able to quickly start and complete the job. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job. The cost was very reasonable.
I have also had his team do some electrical work, fix a leak and install a light fixture. In all cases, I have confidence that the people doing the work had full knowledge of what they were doing, and did the best job possible, and no one tried to up-sell me on unnecessary work

Max and his crew were great! I used them for painting outside of our house and few rooms inside. They are reasonable and on-time, completed the work with reasonable time frame. Will use them again!
