This was my first and last visit to this Dentist office. Beware! They advertised for $59.99 for an exam, x-rays and cleaning. I receive the exam and x-rays, after they took 10 x-rays I told them no more x-rays, however, the wanted to take four more.
After the exam and x-rays the Dentist asked me if I have had any surgeries within the last three years, I said yes, I had a surgery two and a half years ago. The dentist then told me she could not clean my teeth until I had a signed release from my Doctor. Which I questioned why do you need a Dr. release to simply clean my teeth. The Dentist told me

Will Refer you to uic often and relys on pre grad students to give them advice
You guys also crowned teeth on my kid that were not in his best interest and the specialist you refer us too said this, you guys also sold services that were not needed and took special xrays that were not needed as well, I'm sure you have a lawsuit looming around I'd suggest anybody and everybody to go elsewhere.

I've been a patient at Simply Dental for some years now. My last visit was especially pleasant as I needed to have some dental work done but do not have insurance. The receptionist, Dana, went out of her way to help me with payment information for dental discount plans online. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I always have had a great experience every appointment. Dana and Atika always greats me with a smile and both of them are very through about follow up care and accommodating. I always get the appointments that I need. Dr Ahmed has assisted with my crown placing. I admit I was so scared to have the crown done. I thought it was going to be really painful. However Dr. Ahmed was assuring and check in often to see if I was in pain. I recently came in for teeth whitening and I’ll say I’m amazed at my results. I went two shades lighter.

This office is unassuming, yet efficient and courteous in its service. I have found their prices hover between low and fair. Dr. Ahmed in particular is focused in her task, and deft with her skills. She accomplishes what needs to be done, and you leave your dentist's chair assured of a top-notch treatment or restoration of your teeth. Gladly recommended!

I received a coupon in the mail for a $49 new patient special that included x-rays, an exam and a cleaning. They only provided x-rays and an exam. The chair for the cleaning was already booked for a different appointment.
I was charged $40 for x-rays and an exam. I was told that I was ineligible for the cleaning.

STAY AWAY! My daughters have been regular patients at Simply Dental for the past several years, coming twice a year for cleanings. However, after an incident that took place there today, we will never return. My 10 year old was taken to the back for her routine cleaning and exam just after 1230pm. I stayed up front with my 2 other children while waiting for the next child's appointment. About 5 minutes after 1pm, my other child was called back and taken for X-rays. I decided at this point, with only one small child in tow, I would take a peek at my oldest since at least 30 minutes had passed

First time going to this dentist and was very pleased with the professionalism they demonstrate. Very easy to schedule an appointment and were accommodating when I arrived late for my visit. Dr. Gupta is very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the X-Ray bite piece was a little painful to bite on.

I had the worst experience here I had a major problem and have been in pain . Dr. Patel was amazing and another assistant that helped but unfortunately Dr.Patel is no longer gonna be with them . I drove all the way there to have absolutely no relief or solution never in my life will I go back there . I went there under the impression the issue at hand was gonna be resolved and after an hour of them not doing anything and then telling me how they couldn't help me I walked out .

I've been taking my children here twice a year for cleanings over the past several years as they accept the not so great insurance that I have. In January 2015 I was told that my daughter has three cavities and I need to bring her in for fillings, ok, we did that. Fast forward to December 2016., I take my kids in for their cleaning and as I'm checking out at the desk the hygienist, not the dentist, comes out and tell me that she has to come back for 6 fillings, 3 of which were the ones done less than 2 years ago, she said they don't last long and need to be redone. Worst place. Please do not spend your money or your time here. My first experience was absolute horrific starting from when I made the appointment she neglected to inform me if you are PREGNANT you need a written order from your OB to do anything so once I got there they couldn't do anything at all so I kindly said I would contact the office and… get the needed documents so we can proceed with my fillings, the receptionist said NO we take care of that so I left her with my Ob name, address and number so she can get the authorization, 1 day before my appointment I called to make sure this

I came here on July 17, 2015 when I first came inside the lady in the front seat Mayra she was to busy looking at the computer wouldn't look at you so series doesn't even smile.. Basically no one oh wait just one guy name Ronnie I felt he'll gave everyone good joy.. Like he loved his job, just a nice person. Hey how are you, is everything okay.. This place is AWESOME! We have been going here for years and I have several family members that now visit this office. The office staff is so kind and friendly! They have so much patience with kids and my grandmother who has dementia. They have plenty of appointments available at decent times! Please don't listen to that negative review. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I have never had a bad appointment here!

This place was not so great. Could've been worse but I was not impressed. I went here the other day because I just moved and needed a cleaning as my wedding is in a few weeks. My regular dentist does not accept any insurance and is rather expensive. My mom used to pay for me before I started working my big girl job and she'd pay the big bucks so I'd have good teeth. But because of paying for my wedding I'm broke. So I needed to find a new dentist for now.
