Wheeler Environmental Service
We serve residential and commercial clients as well as government agencies throughout Vermont and New England. According to the Vermont Department of Health one in seven homes in Vermont has elevated levels of radon. Radon is a radioactive gas occurring naturally from the decay of uranium. Radon is present in outdoor air and can build up in people's homes.

Radon decays into radioactive particles that damage lung tissue and can lead to lung cancer. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends if you are buying or selling a home to have it tested for radon. The State of Vermont offers free long-term radon in the air tests kits to Vermont residents.
Services

In 2014 his son-in-law, Andrew Reynolds, joined him and Wheeler Environmental Services grew into a family business.
Our goal is to provide our clients with the services they need in a professional and cost-effective manner. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas. You cannot see, smell, or taste it.
