He presented in our office this year in dental crisis, at the young age of 22, and affected all of us instantly. We've moved a lot. Which means we've experienced our fair share of dentists. So when we found ourselves less than enthused about our dentist in Folsom, we thought we'd give a neighbor's raving reviews of Dr. DiMariano a shot, but not expect much. Boy, were we wrong!! My husband (who often needs deep cleanings,) BOTH had an incredible experience from top to bottom. Our cleanings left us feeling pearly fresh, but beyond that, the staff from the first phone call to Dr. DiMariano herself left us feeling like we were a part of the family. Every single person at this practice were so kind, professional, caring and helpful when I visited to have some emergency work done. Dr. Shaina DiMariano and Cynthia looked after me like one of their own, and continue to do so. As well as being extremely empathetic, they are top notch in their field. Utterly talented and kind. As a self proclaimed "white knuckle" patient, I can not say enough good things about Dr. DiMariano and her staff. Patient comfort is a top priority. I feel like I am a high maintenance patient yet they were so patient and understanding. I just had a crown and a filling done and it was as pleasurable as that sort of thing could possibly be.

Dr. DiMariano and her staff are wonderful! After 20 months of not having dental insurance, we were finally able to get back to regular cleanings and decided to give Dr. DiMariano's office a try. She has seen two of my kids, my husband and myself. My husband and I both needed fillings which she took care of in separate appointments. Her staff has been fantastic every time we're in there. They accept my insurance and take care of all the billing beautifully. Brittany at the front desk was so helpful when I was trying to determine if we could use them. I've been going here for almost 2 years. First started with my daughter and son and loved the care both received so I became a patient as well. They took the time to talk to my like a person and not just a patient. With them I have been able to overcome some issues I have had for years, see real improvement in my dental health, and not just repairing my mistakes afterward. Earlier this year I also became an ortho patient as well. It has been one of the best experiences at a dentist I have ever had. The cleaning they did was painful, and imprecise, it didn't seem that the dental assistant was paying attention to what they were doing, talking to (and looking at) the other dental assistant nearly the entire time she was working on my teeth. When the dentist came in to look at my x-rays, she told me I would have to get several fillings that previous dentists (and a second opinion) have all told me are not necessary to have fixed any time soon, and can be on a watch schedule. They also "recommended" strongly

I tried to schedule appt. as a new patient and indicated I only needed a cleaning as I would have my prev. out of state dentist send the xrays to this dr. Gave my health ins. info. to the lady at the front desk. She called the ins. co to verify my coverage (cleanings are covered 100% as routine, preventative care).

Dr. DiMariano is easy to talk to, explains procedures well and works quickly and without pain. My first visit to Dr. DiMariano's office wasn't awful. I called asking to get a routine cleaning, and arrived to find out that I would not be getting a cleaning, but instead I would be getting a full set of xrays. Come to find out I need a root canal on a tooth that had a crown placed one year prior. The procedure went well, and I liked Dr. DiMariano.
