Every time I go there everyone is so friendly!! Dr. Ashley greets me like an old friend!! Yes, I’m old, but a new friend to her and the staff. Anyway, I am half way through my Invisalign experience with the team. So far, great results!! My teeth and improved bite are coming along perfectly. I am very happy I proceeded with their recommendations. I didn’t have to do it, but the changes are significant and I will never regret those decisions as long as I live. WOW! This was the best dental experience I've ever had! Dr. Cassie, Karen and all the staff were so welcoming. I have dental anxiety from not getting numbed well enough in the past, and not only did she numb me (and give a booster right when I needed it), but I didn't feel the injection at all. Not when it went in or when she injected. My jaw isn't sore today either. Moving on to the quality of the work, which was impeccable. I recently started going to this practice after moving here, and it has been a great experience. They are always so friendly and helpful. I was initially anxious getting a cavity filled, and they could not have been more patient and nice about it. They also have so much technology to show the health of your teeth and alignment, and I really liked how informed I felt about the entire process even just for a cleaning. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist!

Best dentist I have ever been to! Super understanding and so thoughtful in helping me deal with the pretty extreme anxiety I have had for years of going to the dentist. Most people to to the dentist to treat TMJ but my dentist gave me TMJ. Their inexperienced has caused a great pain to my jaw, ears and head. They placed a rubber mouth piece in my mouth for the entire duration of the procedure (30-40mins) and resulted in TMJ. I had suffered earache as well as headaches for about 2 weeks now and hasn't improve...so hard to find a good dentist nowadays. I had consulted other Dentist and they said it's not common at all to use the rubber mouth piece for more than 10 mins because your jaw muscles needs to relax. *Update to my review after the owner posted a response. I didn't miss any appointment let alone 5 appointments. I always notified the office if I couldn't make the appointment. However when she stated she understands "emergencies " you wouldn't be allowed to reschedule an emergency unless you knew about it 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. I had a slight emergency with a fractured tooth and Smile & Company accommodated me with an appointment that day as a brand new patient. The staff are very friendly and courteous and keep up with COVID requirements. My overall experience was excellent and pleasant and will be back in a couple of weeks for a permanent crown.
Also want to mention that it looks like a house from the outside turned into dentist office on the inside with very nice decor interiorly. They also have TVs in the ceiling for patients to watch.

I had the best experience during my first appointment at Smile and Co today. I'm 6 months pregnant and felt very taken care of. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and professional. The environment is clean and technology is superb. And bonus, they offer Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned :-) I highly recommend Smile & Company!

The fear of going to the dentist is common. I have it, severely so. I broke a tooth a few year ago and ignored it. My fear was that real.

I agree with other reviews that say the experience starts off great and then goes down hill and the office seems very profit driven. I guess they have to pay for that nice office somehow but I don't want to be the person funding their expenses with unnecessary procedures and high cost upgrades.
The office is nice and the staff is sugary sweet (not in a genuine way) when you come in. The nice staff will suggest thousands in expense treatments that other Dentists have never mentioned despite me going to the dentist for routine visits every 6 months for the last 20 years.

I'm 30 and have had unattractive fluoride stains and ridges on my front teeth for 23 years. I've had braces twice and major jaw surgery (was cursed with really bad genetics), but even after all of that work, I was never happy with my teeth. Dr. Ashley has been awesome. She is so bubbly and her energy is so addicting; ten out of ten. My hygienist Crystal is so gentle and she educated me why my gum pockets are so deep and why I need to keep coming for my regular cleanings and to brush and floss everyday.
This was the most classy and fun office I have been to and I would recommend my friends to come here any day.

I don't even know where to begin. I have never felt comfortable in a dental office until Smile & Co, it's almost too comfortable that you won't want to leave so soon. Lol! The office is clean, modern, and beautiful. They have awesome music (at that time, it was 90s R&B playing), relaxation rooms with massage chairs, Netflix and HBO during treatments/cleaning, and left with some cool swag (Smile & Co. popsocket for my phone and Dr. Ashley's homemade lip balm)! I had my first visit here today. I've been following along on Facebook and seeing the progress. So much better in person. Definitely does not feel like a dentist office. I love the glass walls, makes it have an open feel. The bathroom was nice. The toilet paper was sooooooo soft! Lol and the hand soap smelled really nice. I even loved the tile on the floor.
