I have had insurance with this branch for years and not sure what happened around 2020 but if I could give no star I would. They were always responsive to my calls but now I get surprise letters with changes to my policies at their discretion??!! Where’s the customer service especially when my policy is paid on time with no issues.

I filled out a quote online & got a call back from Ms. Abria Harris she was so courteous she took her time explained everything to me so soft spoken she took her time & made me feel like I could really trust this Insurance Company & that they care. I felt like I was family she took good care of me & made me feel at home. She was wonderful.

I have been with the Branch of Brian Rothert State Farm for over 10 years, and even though they are based in Knightdale and myself in Chapel Hill, they have always provided first class service. They are pleasant, always will to help, hop to it with your needs to get it done, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need to Home, Auto or other types of insurances.

My daughter (a young Marine) got stationed in NC and bought herself a car. Here at home in CA she used to pay $50/month ($300 for a 6 months premium) so you can imagine my surprise when she told me she got Geico and her 6 months premium was $2,034!!??

They helped me understand the coverage I need so I can focus on what I do for my business. Other brief comments are easy to trust, good price, and agent is accessible.
