I've been with Danny Newton's office for many, many years. My experiences over time has been that EVERYONE there has given me amazing customer service. I do want to point out two people: Rebecca and Courtney. Rebecca was patient with me when I came in with sheet of paper with questions after an accident. She was willing to listen and wait while I wrote down the information I needed. I've had two interactions with Courtney when I called with questions. I have been with State Farm at this location for at least 10 years, I love this staff, Courtney, Miles, past, present staff have all been great! Miles has taught me so much about life insurance policies, I am so grateful, everyone very nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. I have moved all over NC but I will not change my State Farm!

His team has always been quick, attentive, knowledgeable and professional in my entire experience. If (any) one of his folks doesn't know an answer to my question they are sure to have the appropriate person or information available to me ASAP. Further, i have found when friends/customers/competitors offer to save me money on insurance, they never can get me a better rate for the coverage we carry. Really, i can't say enough about them.

A great insurance company you can depend on when you need them. Every employee that works there is well versed in insurance, easy to work with and has been able to provide me with an answer to every question when it came to my coverage or incident reports.
Also the ability that you can go see them anytime you need urgency is a Godsend compared to most modern insurance companies that only have an automated 1-800 Hotline.
