I found the staff to be quite rude. Nancy went through and told me things I needed to fix or change that I was comfortable with. They seemed very shallow. I got my lips done and had an allergic reaction, to which when I would call with questions, they seemed annoyed with me. Nancy seems a bit loopy, almost not on this planet, possibly seems a bit like she’s pulled out. I will not be returning here. I later went to Refine in downtown Sandpoint and found it to be one of the most incredible experiences of my life! I highly recommend Refine!

Nancy and her team are a very knowledgeable and talented group of professionals. All of the treatments that I have experienced at their spa have been extremely effective and I have been very happy with my results. They are competitive with any spa in a large metropolitan city, they have state of the art equipment and offer a variety of treatment options. I highly recommend them!
