Botox and Dysport are safe, purified, FDA-approved proteins that relax(es) and soften(s) the muscles responsible for causing frown lines, creases between the brows, around the eyes (crow's feet), and worry lines in the forehead. Hands down the best experience I have every had in a beauty industry like this. I have been to many different spas and the vibe is the same at all of them. Petty, competitive, judgmental, and uptight. ABSOLUTELY not the case here. The girls were so welcoming and genuine, regardless of the price or size of procedure we were having done. I live almost 3 hours away and have so many other places that I could go to; however, I will continue to come here for all of my beauty needs from here on out. Super thankful to be able to build a relationship here and know this business.

I love Refined Aesthetics. Bri is amazing, I have been going to her for years. She is professional and tells you what to expect, she will recommend, but is honest about what she doesn’t think is good for you. You will be greeted by Sara, she is a beautiful smiling beam of sunshine.

I have been going to Refined Esthetics since they were in the smaller space. They are unbelievably kind and professional. The new space is so nice. The prices are way better than any other place around including North Idaho Dermatology. They get me in quick and get me out quick as well, which is super important to me. Whenever I leave my face feels so clean and refreshed. We are super lucky to have such an upscale place in town. Love this place!!!

It felt lovely to visit Refined Med spa. I went to have my eyelashes permed/tinted. I was treated so well by all the staff. I really appreciated that the aesthetician took her time to give me the best outcome for my lashes. She was also easy to talk to and made me feel like an old girlfriend. I will definitely be going back for lashes and other services as it’s one of the few beautiful spas in town.
