I bought a thermistor from them. Peter said he would have it in by Monday, never came. Called again and he said he would have it Tuesday, never came. Finally, they did call me when they got the part, so I went and picked it up. Got home, tested it for resistance, nothing. Didn't even hook it up. I called the secretary back and she said I could bring it back. I told her I'd be out of town til Tuesday. She said that's fine. I came back on Tuesday, and a different lady said I can't return it. Peter's doesn't do returns on electrical parts (there aren't too many parts on a dryer that aren't electrical

We bough a used refrigerator, wash and dryer set from Peter 4 years ago. We still have them. He delivered them, set them up for us, and came out over the next three months anytime we had a concern. We have called him since then for every appliance issue we’ve had and referred him to our friends and family with issues. He’s busy, but when he comes to see you he’s thorough, usually pretty quick, and let’s you know every option you have and what he’s recommend. The options are usually extremely affordable. He leans on the side of saving and making old appliances last and knows how to make

Personally I would never do business with them ever again. Everything is taking so long and they never follow up with me. I always have to call in to find out what's going on and when I do it's like they have no clue who I am and say they will have to look in to it and call me back which I've heard multiple times and no one ever calls me back.

Peter came out on Tuesday to look at my built in fridge. Two hours late from my scheduled appointment, and I had to call them to find out if I was still on the schedule. A suspected refrigerant leak, but no leak test was done. Now, for the past three days I keep calling to get more information on how Peter came to the conclusion on parts, still no call back. I'm calling someone else for repair. The only good thing out of this was no charge for the visit.
