Really great staff, BUT, I was looking through my statement and I was charged $256.63 for them to come and check out my dryer that did not work fully. I was then told what the problem was. He put in a new part and my dryer still did not work. I was then informed that the motor was broken. I was charged for the call out, which I expected but did not expect to pay for the new part that was installed as I feel that he should have taken it back! $76.00 was also taken from my account and when I purchased a new motor myself, when it arrived they charged me and extra $30.00........so all in all, my dryer
