We are the Valley's newest fitness center, with all the latest strength and cardio equipment. Dave Henrey, founder and president, was born and raised locally and after a career in professional football has returned home. All Sport Fitness has an indoor turf arena to help teenage athletes achieve their athletic goals. Our group classes include Pilates, Yoga, Spinning and cross fit style training.

Love my gym, friendly staff. I go here cause I can get my workouts dome with out rushing for the part time lifters. Only thing I would say is they need to update the cardio equipment, and not close the gym on Holidays atleast open it in the mornings I pay twice as much at this gym but have to go to other gyms out of town to work out cause my gym closes something to think about. But overall i would recommend this gym to anyone.
