Anybody can have success in the program. The way Mannys Fitness Program is structured and designed makes it a unique fitness training regimen that gives you the option to. Our program is designed to set you up for success and to keep you motivated the whole time you're in the program. We offer total body workouts that include strength training, cardio and core.

We also offer tailored meal plans, monthly (or bi-weekly) body measurements, individual coaching and an accountability system. All Members will establish their own 6x4 workout square, practice proper sanitation and follow our disinfectant protocol. Glad you're interested in joining Mannys Fitness Program.
