I am only a member because their Broadway & Donaldson locations are Awesome. This place has had problems since mid summer of 2021. I've reported problems at Bellevue location to the "manager" at all locations & nothing gets better.
I don't even know what the blow dry does there, it blows but the only thing I don't have to dry is the roof. I've gone thru & had soap all over, they did put me back thru but then later I noticed my car was covered in a film.
I pay $30/month because this location is close to me, but if I have the time I drive to the Broadway location.

After 2 months of using this car wash is never fully operational. Their drying system hasn’t worked 98% of the time so I have to dry my whole suv after going through. They use hard water obviously because it leaves spots all over my car. Owner obviously has no pride/integrity in their own business

We have all been there. There are a million open stalls & the guy in the huge SUV pulls up next to you. Or you are the guy in the huge SUV. That isn’t a big deal at this car wash b/c the stalls are huge. There is plenty of room to do your thing. There are also clips so that you can get your mats really good. If that isn’t enough they have an all in one wash & dry machine for your mats too. All around cool experience.

My brand new car received damage from this wash experience and they're refusing to assist. (The silver and rubber strips on the side step were damaged considerably)Emails continuously ignored. I had to basically rewash my car when I got home and saw soapy film streaks all over (I took pics for proof immediately afterwards, before recleaning it) as well as some hairline scratches. I even offered to eat the cost of having them buffed out if they'd just honor their mistake on the strip damage, but still being ignored.

Two passes through this car wash and both times a significant amount of soap was left on my car due to poor or non-existent rinse. The attendant refused to correct the issue, suggesting I use the provided towels to wipe off all the lather myself.
The very same attendant blamed the problem on the fact that this is a new car wash and they had not yet worked out all the kinks. This is an obvious poor excuse since this place has been open over 2 months and no doubt has served many hundreds of cars by now.
Steer clear because this place refuses to take responsibility for their poor service.

Similar to others, I would frequent the car wash next door. It would be hit or miss more often than not. I took my personal vehicle to Wash Me Express a few weeks ago and I certainly noticed a major difference. My car was clean and spotless. The staff was absolutely wonderful and professional. I also took my work vehicle there and it was clean as well. This is a business that I wouldn’t mind spending the extra few dollars on to ensure a thorough and clean job. I really appreciate this place and look forward to returning in the future.

This is a very good car wash- the people are friendly and they prewash your vehicle every time. I took a while to vacuum my car and no one minded. I also was pleased they had DRY cloths to use to wipe down windows and car interior w/spray available as well. Nice music was playing, shaded cover over vacuum area, and they had a free dual wash and dry carpet cleaner. I didn’t realize you had to toggle between water and no water so it took me several tries. I am very happy to have this option in Bellevue.

Today was my first time visiting Wash Me Express. I had a membership with their next door competitor, but noticed Wash Me Express had a promo code for a free wash, and decided to try them out instead. I can definitely say my first experience here was far better than any experience with Champion. The customer service was great, and I want to thank Louie, (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly), for all of his help. Updating from my original review the vacuum system has gotten better, the attendants are much more attentive on the presoak before you drive in. The price has went up a dollar but it is still a deal in my book. Alot of people may be annoyed if a less than five star review get's you a message from the owner/manager, not me. The fact they have time to read reviews and care enough to make some changes is just good customer service and they are doing it right. I will continue to use this place whenever I need a wash and don't feel like hand washing... .which they will do also.

First time at this car wash and the staff was helpful and nice. The car wash did not get the rear of my Tahoe about a foot above the rear bumper all the way across and left areas on the hood. It was not worth $12. It was quick, but I think that is part of the problem. It did not take the time to really clean my vehicle.

I've been constantly disappointed by this place, they offer a nice wash, but the service has gone downhill recently. Last month two days, no WASH available, and zero explanation. The staff has gone from friendly to "couldn't be bothered". The other day there was a cone in the way so that the reader could not read my window sticker. I pay for the monthly wash, the Best they have to offer! As you drive in the was you should be getting should illuminate on the right, and lately it does not, so then you have no idea what wash you are getting, and asking the staff is pointless

UBER / LYFT DRIVERS BEWARE -- I Have used the unlimited service for about 3 months now $24.95 subscription. Washes are OK, pretty much the same as any other auto car wash. However I drive for Uber 2 or 3 days a week, so wash car maybe 12 times a month. I foolishly allowed the company to take the money from my bank account. I was checking my account and realized without telling me they had taken $49.95. I tried to call numerous times, nobody picks up the phone or returns calls. I went into the West End branch Saturday was told I ANYBODY has an Uber / Lyft sticker on their car THEY ARE A FLEET

Went to WME Donelson and received quite possibly THE best service I've ever had from a car wash. They made me feel like getting my car pristine clean was their #1 priority. I spoke to a gentleman named Will who was very helpful and charming in the process. Idk where you are rn Will but keep doing your thing!!!! Love this wash

I went here for a car wash and the attendant told me that for $10 I could come back the rest of the month so I said sure. Well a month later I was charged $25 because he had signed me up for the membership. When I called to complain I was treated very poorly. I understand he had signed me up for the membership but my issue was that I had not signed up nor did he tell me he was signing me up for a membership. The customer service rep aggressively told me "I'll take care of it" then hung up on me.

Never ever ever take your car to Wash Me Express on Donelson Pike.. here's what happened to my car....
I took my car through Wash Me Express car wash and came out with two scratches on my front passenger wheel with yellow paint..
I had somewhere to be so I called the manager who is very rude and he denied it of course and hung up on me.. I have no reason to just make something like that up especially when I just paid to have my wheels re coated 10 days ago .. I also had another confrontation with him about the monthly package about two weeks

Idk why I keep taking chances on car washes like these. Likely because I'm always in a hurry and my office park doesn't offer a mobile detail service and I don't have the time to hand wash my vehicle.
Anyway, don't bring your car here if you enjoy getting your stock Lexus wheels scratched. These ride through car washes are a risk anyway, so I blame myself.
I'm halfway through the wash and I feel metal on metal contact on my right rear passenger tire. Sure enough I get out to check and there is a 6 inch scratch on my OEM wheels. I pull around and notify the manager

I never knew exactly how stressful a car wash could be. I work in the Donelson area and have been looking for a good car wash. I decided to take my new Highlander in for a quick wash. We've had a lot of snow lately in Nashville, and I wanted to keep 'er clean.

There are bunches and bunches of carwashes, but some are outrageously expensive, or they're the kind you have to spray the detergents yourself.
I'm not opposed to doing my own spraying, but it is right now January. Standing out in the cold weather spraying water is not my idea of a good time.
So I've gone to Wash Me a couple of times, and I like it. They have self-service vacuums for use whenever you get a wash. The attendants are friendly and courteous, the wash is thorough and complete, and if you get the top package, they give you a little air freshener for inside the car
