Worst and most expensive car wash in Williamson County. They use no soap at all in the car wash. Your car is only sprayed down with water. When you ask for their best wash for $39 the have in small print it’s an extra $10 for SUV’s and Trucks. $50 for a car wash that uses no soap and they lack employees to do a good job on your car. That’s why I go to Brentwood and use the car wash there. $20 cheaper full staff and car always looks great. The owner of this place is a joke, needs to upgrade his tunnel and equipment before charging prices like this.

Called to schedule for window tinting and get pricing, I was given an estimate and confirmed the appointment. The scheduler couldn't tell me anything about the different types of tint products or exact pricing since she could not find their pricing sheet.
After taking time off work and driving down to the location the lady I spoke to on the phone two days earlier says they have no record of the appointment and the installer isn't available.
Complete waste of time.
I ended up going to another shop down the street and they were excellent.

This place is a hit or miss !! I’ve had decent experiences in the past but recently it sucks!! The last time I went my car was not vacuumed in the back, I had multiple new scratches on my vehicle, windows weren’t done well and my car just overall did not look like it had just been washed and I paid $35 for what was suppose to be one of the best washes!! I’m through

What happened to this place?! I went on a non busy time. One car in front and it took 1 1/2 hours to clean my vehicle?!
I ordered "The Super Clean" which was $50 and it wasn't super clean. I had to come home and clean my back window, doors, console, trunk and my wheels weren't even done.
The kicker is that someone else who came in a Yukon (30-35 mins after me), had their car cleaned and left, while I still waited. Plus, they were working on two other vehicles that came in way after my vehicle, before cleaning my interior after the wash.
They got a 2 star vs 1 star, because

I went to Auto Glam for window tinting on my SUV and my husband’s truck. One of the reasons that I chose them is due to the business being veteran owned. Additionally, I had met with a few other window tint businesses, but they were nowhere near as professional and polite as Joe.

Joe communicated very well and got me on the schedule in less than a week for a full detail and ceramic coating. Through my online research I expected the coating to make the car "pop" but WOW! It looks better than when it was originally painted in the factory. When I picked up my vehicle, Joe walked me through what work was done, explained the warranty and asked if I had any concerns or questions. As I was pulling away an employee was waving with a big smile and giving me a thumbs up. This was a Great experience!

I purchased a newJeep in 2919 and then had a stroke.I haven't Ben able to drive I sinceSeptember 22019. the day it sT our daughter drove and And it it sat outside whetwhere birds scratched up the paint and outside mirrorsi brought it in to Joe. After rescuing a dog that was hit by a car, there was blood all over my backseat. I called Auto Glam in tears and they were so kind. The Old Franklin Auto Wash is gone-----Joe at Auto Glam has revamped this slowly dying entity to a whole new modern car wash with all the services one might expect. Apart from a fresh look, the help is attentive to their detail efforts. From the Antique Car Club contingent, we're happy to find a place that offers a hand-wash for $49.00 while you wait. They do offer full detail services too and made a HUGE difference on a car we thought needed to be painted but their buffing talent made it gleam like new again. We'll be back.

I purchased a Gift Certificate for my niece as a birthday gift. Her car was in pretty bad shape and needed a lot of cleaning inside and out. This was the second time I have brought one of my cars here. They are booked up for weeks, I showed up only to be able to schedule my full service. I always include the engine cleaning service, which is what you need to make your car feel like it is rolling out of a new car dealership. The guys may seem unapproachable at first, but everyone is courteous at the end.

Nice place! I went for a seat shampoo treatment for my truck, and they did a really nice job. They asked if I wanted it vacummed and I said sure. They looked at my back seat and noticed dog hair. They said there would be an additional fee for pet hair removal. I asked how much it would be and he said he didn't know. When I picked it up, they charged me 45 dollars for the pet fee. Since the shampoo was 55, it basically doubled my charge, which was kinda sucky. But at least it was a really nice job. Their credit card machine was down too so I had to bring cash.

I transported my coworker to the hospital, by the time I had arrived my injured coworker lost an incredible amount of blood and huge amounts covered my front passenger side interior and flowed into the back of my vehicle. It was a terrible mess.
I called several detail shops in Murfreesboro and many of the professionals I spoke with cringed when I told them of my dilemma and refused to do the cleanup work. Then I called Auto Glam Detail.

Thrilled to find this AWESOME detail shop!!
I drive a Ferrari 360 with Hamann racing rims, Silver with a light Beige interior... and it was absolutely covered in bugs and dirt from a long trip out west to the Nashville area!
I called, and Jason answered (5th ring)
He said Bring it over right now ~
He had owned a Ferrari 360 spider, and he said he would take care of everything I need (wash wax leather treatment ... engine detail)

So, never have had a detail job performed on any car I've owned. Just one of those guys that has all the tools and patience to do it myself, and of course no one can do it better right? After too many hours at work and patience going away I decided to take a leap and find a detail shop. I found Auto Glam and Jason. Gave them my Lexus for a full day Saturday. I set my expectations low in case I was disappointed. Well, when I picked my car up I could not believe how good it looked. They were able to do things with the paint and interior that I didn't think possible. I cannot say enough
