This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Customer service is nonexistent. It took 8 months to complete the installation. When I ordered the windows I was told there was a 12 week waiting period. At 14 weeks I called their "production coordinator" and received no response to multiple calls and e-mails. In frustration I called the original salesman who forwarded my concerns to management. The windows were scheduled for installation 16 weeks after ordering. The installers called the night before and said they would start about 8AM. They arrived at 10:30AM because "they had a late start"

It took a 12 full months for my new patio slider and two windows to get installed from start to finish, but in the end, it was all fine. EcoView provided superior customer service the entire time - Shannon, sales rep, Angela, warehouse manager/scheduler, James, the company president, and Brian and Leslie, the installers. There were many bumps in the road, mainly due to Simonton, the brand of windows/door I ordered, was several months behind schedule and their logistics were terrible, but Angela kept me informed of the status. They had installed my windows about 5 years ago , I had made a mistake while trying to clean with the fold down feature and popped the upper window out of the slides.I stopped in the office late on a Friday 30 minutes before they close and immediately 2 of the installers stopped doing the paperwork for the day ,followed me home and fixed it in minutes and showed me how to do it right ,so very pleased !

When trying to contact them about issues with screen door section of sliding glass doors and to find out about when the inspector will come to inspect do we can take the paper stuff off the windows they installed, all I could get was voicemail boxes that were full. I'm starting to get an extremely poor opinion of this company.

I ordered my windows a year ago, it took them three months to make them and then it took them another six months to put them in and after that two months for the inspector to come an inspect them, two of the windows were not put in right and now I’m being told that they are behind and they don’t know when they can come back to I repair them. , I would think twice before I recommend them to anyone else for windows,.......05/25/2021 Pt 2 , My windows are now done and thanks for getting them done...

We LOVE our new windows! Jon & Angela did a fantastic job on the removal of our old windows and the installation of the new ones (12) in all. They were personable, professional, quick, and thorough. We had little cleanup to do because they cleaned as they went. Steve, our Salesman was knowledgeable and informative and made our decision an easy one with price and quality of your product after pricing 3 other companies.
