Windows Plus is AMAZING!! They we're very professional. I had to get a window fixed and the guys at windows plus went above and beyond to get the job done. Soon as I called they had someone come out to get measurements, Then the VERY next morning one of the guys came out to fix my window in a fast and professional manner. My experience with Windows Plus has been nothing short of outstanding. They came into a job that was complicated by a builder who didn’t know what he was doing, other window companies that had made multiple mistakes, and significant hurricane damage. It’s been a long and winding road, but today I can say I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of my new windows and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The personalized service, the patience with my sometimes unusual requests, and the desire to make sure I was satisfied is a rare find, but they are the complete package.

I had a window that wouldn't lock. To me it looked like the house may have settled, as we'd never opened the window before. My husband tried to work on it and couldn't get it to work. So I looked up a window company. This company had really good reviews and did more than just window installation. Chet called before coming and arrived on time. He was very friendly and efficient. The window was fixed within 15 min. I highly recommend this company for any window, door or glass needs you may have! I will definitely call them again if I need something. I came to Windows Plus to have my double pane glass replaced in a front tilt window pane. David helped me. He was awesome and explained how the dual panes work to keep moisture out. The team did the work in a day and also replaced some of the rusty hardware (still within the reasonable quote). I picked up the window and installed it back in my house the same day. I was very happy with these guys and will be back.
