I really want to like my car insurance but my premium just keeps going up after 1 claim. I tried to reach out to my agent and their associates to negotiate. My email went unanswered in January and the lady I spoke to on the phone said everything was algorithmic in nature and that I couldn't simply negotiate. I appreciated that Statefarm handled my claim very well promptly but I think it's ridiculous that my premium just keeps going up since the claim 2 years ago. At least leaving them was easy..

Just had a great experience with State Farm at the Lee Bachman agency for a second residence home insurance and some life insurance policies for the kids. In addition of his professionalism, M. Bachman explained the policies details in layman terms which was important to me. I highly recommend his agency in University Heights.
