Hey guys please disregard those two 1 star reviews , that is not the norm.
first off how do you tell an owner not to renovate and improve their unit. They have a short time frame each year that they are allowed to do them in and it just happened to align with that guests stay.
For the second one who would pour bacon grease down a drain for a few days and not expect a problem. Would not try that in my home.

My first google review ever ! Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here ! This place had the nerve to charge me $250 for a clogged sink I got at my second day staying there. How did I clog a sink in one day ?! And ... the plumber was there for 10 minutes and charged me 250 ! No bill explaining the charge! Ruined my stay!

Had a 2 week stay. To start, my husband has been coming here for 30+years. Everything is completely different now. Management is entirely indifferent to any concern you may have. During our stay, the 1st week was ruined by the renters above us partying/stomping/screaming throughout all hours of the night. Woke my children up on several occasions. We did not sleep either. We could not hear the waves crashing or any other sounds you would expect from a relaxing beach vacation. The next week we had the pleasure of hearing ongoing construction sounds from the renovation of the unit below us(we were

Outstanding gated condo complex directly across the street from Siesta Key Beach.
I have now had the pleasure of vacationing at this complex twice and would definitely do it again! Units are individually owned and rented directly through the condo website or through other vacation rental sites. It features gated safety, covered parking, clean manicured grounds, washer/dryer units on every floor, and a large heated pool. All the staff are friendly and helpful and make check in and check out simple. Sal Picerno, the rental manager, is outstanding.

This is my third time staying here. The first two times the condos were very nice. The condo that we're staying in this week shouldn't even be rented out. It needs to be gutted and redone. It reeks of mildew, clearly the carpet needs to be ripped out. From what I can see cleaning wise it probably hasn't been rented in awhile. The dust buildup in the bedroom was ridiculous. I found dead cockroaches and bugs in the living. on Monday we are going to the office when they open up and hopefully they will make this right.

Booked a weeks vacation with my best friend who was coming from Ohio. We booked way in advance knowing the elevator was going to be out of service. And yes, we booked on the 5th floor but the condo was worth every step up those flights of stairs! We had unit 504 which would be just as if we had decorated it ourselves but with nicer amenities. The pullout dishwasher was a nice surprise. Large walk-in closest in the bedroom with a closet organizer made it easy to unpack and feel at home. Very clean and it had everything we needed and more to cook in that beautiful kitchen. And the view was spectacular

A beautiful condo complex that has a nice mix of owners, annual renters and first timers come here to enjoy the complex and have direct access to one of the #1 beaches in the US. While several condos are on Beach Road, this is directly across the beach from the public beach, so there are some great views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Less than a miles walk into the village where shops and restaurants abound. There's also a "tip only" taxi if you don't want to walk or drive.
I've been coming here for over 20+ years and every friend that comes to visit, ends up being a repeat
