Services
We are currently releasing whiskey at 4 years of age, using traditional aging techniques and medium char in Ozark White Oak barrels. The barrels are constructed from wood staves that are air dried three years. No Blending: The whiskey in our bottles is distilled in our pot alone using only our grain.
45th Parallel's process is a full circle local production and begins when we pick up grain from Rusmar farm. We then mill, mash, ferment, and distill it all within our facility. Afterwards, the grain is shipped to another local farm where it is used as feed for livestock. Naturally, the livestock turn the grain into fertilizer for next year's crops.
Our distilling classes are designed to provide a foundation to individuals wanting to learn about distilling and the craft industry. As operators of a "grain-to-the-glass" distillery, we are able to provide the complete experience for prospective distillers. Production may be specific to whiskey or vodka, but process alterations may be made to simulate the production of desired spirits.

I’ve been to 31 countries, almost all 50 states, and Jack Daniel’s Distillery as well, for that matter, and I have to say that this place can be considered world class. So, local business people, if I were you, this is the place I’d bring guests for lunch, dinner, and to pick up some high grade souvenirs to wear or drink See pics. The bonfire outside is welcoming and actually throws off lotsa heat even on a winter day.
We had pizzas, cocktails, and beer. One pizza came out burnt on the bottom (they should have caught that) but they replaced it right away. Now I’ve spent time in & around

We hosted our staff party at 45th Parallel last Friday and our entire team agrees that it was a great time. Tobias provided an excellent tour of the distillery and a tasting that clearly demonstrated his commitment to both the brand and craft distillery process. Lindsay was excellent to work with as we planned our event and made sure that our group was well taken care of despite the presence of a much larger holiday party occurring concurrently in their event space. Thank you for a great evening of food, drinks, and laughs.

As a person who greatly enjoys spirits of all kinds, but mainly whiskey, I must say that this is by far one of the best distillery experiences I’ve ever had. Tobias was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and energized during the tour, and you could tell that he wasn’t just trying to upsell - he was passionate about the art of distilling, and after tasting, I would argue that many of their products are as good, if not better quality, than many big name distilleries. Their food s also absolutely delicious; we four had two pizzas there and the quality was second to none. I will happily recommend this

Came to the area on an errand and decided to stop in on a whim and boy we sure were glad we did! we had our dog with us which meant we had to sit outside by their fire but no complaints about that because they have an awesome area outside. they didn’t technically have servers for that area but they were still super helpful! they even brought our pup water! the cocktails, beer, and food were all great! now i just wish it wasn’t almost an hour away from us!

Visited few years ago when they were just starting out....came on a Groupon.
Returned last week and was surprised at the size and depth of the operation.
Sat at the bar....served a couple of top notch cocktails. Did not order food but did look good.
Bar lay out is fun and staff was totally attentive.
Wedding taking place that day as well.
Have told several folks about this place......we will be back!

We did the tour and tasting and it was amazing! We called them to see if we could have special accommodations for a certain circumstance, and they did not hesitate to say yes. Wonderful people, lovely story of the business, great product, and the best pizza I've ever had. We are definitely going there again and again.
