Do not let TIG Real Estate take care of your properties. They hire inexperienced people who don't have a clue what they are doing. They have Property Managers that don't even have licenses and have never been in charge of a property before. The Senior Property Manger who does all the hiring surrounds herself with young inexperience people because she herself wishes she was young and she wants to be in charge and be able to manipulate them. She picks people who are broken to work there. Watch out, she might be smiling at you, but you couldn't really tell because her face won

The worst company that I've ever work for. I was there for 4 years and worked 24/7 and brought in a great deal of money for them. They have shown time and time again....They DO NOT care about their employees! I have been gone for months and still regret the time that I gave them. Do not even think about working for them! I have worked for awesome companies that cared about the people that helped increase business. This is not one of them.....
