This realtor showed our home and left it unlocked. Turned the lock part way without checking to make sure it locked. Then had used the toilet and left the toilet seat up. This on a day we had multiple showings. Yes, we know it was him because we saw him leave and then went in to see that everything was still okay.

Please be very careful when using their services for renting a house. I used one of their agents to rent a house in Plano. While the renting process went smoothly, they failed to fulfill half of the requisites as mentioned on the lease. The house was rented to us with a dirty garage and backyard and even though the appliances were supposedly new, neither the cooking stove nor the oven worked well. They did not even rekey the house as promised. Subsequently, they said that the landlord will take over as the property manager. And he turned out to be in the same category.
