I recommend Copeland and Brown to anyone needing an attorney. My daughter and I were under contract to purchase a home in Missouri when we were informed by our termite inspector that the home was full of termites and a support beam under the home was compromised. We had only 3 days left in the contingency period to withdraw the offer when we discovered this. Our realtor was ignoring both our texts and our voicemails.
