This is the question that our founder, Chris Swain asked himself back in 2008 while ordering t-shirts for a startup company. Chris' company needed an order of 200 shirts and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call or email him back. He knew there had to be a better way to order custom t-shirts and to automate the process.
Because every project is different, we ask that you either request a quote via our website or give us a call at 513-451-5000 to schedule a consultation. After you approve your digitized design, we send your order to our production department. Our quality control process ensures that your garment is stitched to the highest of quality.
Founded in 2008, we have built our reputation on providing Greater Cincinnati businesses and organizations with the absolute best custom printed t-shirts, embroidered corporate wear and promotional logo products. Cincy Apparel prefers vector artwork for all custom printing projects. Having high quality vector artwork ensures that your project is printed at the highest possible quality. A vector file is able to be scaled as large as a billboard or as small as a business card without losing it's quality. If you do not have vector artwork and need screen printing, please contact your Sales Representative to discuss your options.
Cincy Apparel is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request. There supposed to be making shirts for money. I thought that was the point. She came highly recommended so I came to her businesses to do exactly that! I was there slightly earlier than they opened so I went and got a doughnut and waited, When she showed up 15 minutes after they was supposed to be open, I was more than positive and let her know I can wait till she’s ready most business can’t just show up and let customers in! I got a lot of good info but no mock up no art, Cool I’ve been trying to get ahold of her every since still no mock up 2 weeks later, I guess RIP shirts are lucrative

Huge shout out to Cincy Apparel. We used them for a large t-shirt order recently. Chris was quick to respond to my inquiry, Kara shipped me out samples faster than Amazon Prime, they took our order on short notice and delivered 130 shirts by our deadline. They stayed late to get them finished tonight and when I offered to come pick them up, they said don't worry about it, we'll deliver them to your house. From Northside. @cincyapparel for the win!

When ordering shirt I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris. He was great at helping with suggestions on what would look best for the amount of sweatshirt I needed and help make sure everything turned out great. The payment process was so easy. Before any transaction Chris made sure I was happy with the final design and material. At pick up I was so pleased with the final product. They looked exactly how I'd hope they would and the turn around was pretty fast (7 days). I will defiantly be doing business here again!

Cincy Apparel did a fabulous job! We placed an order for approx. 300 shirts with about 10 days notice. We had to make several changes to the order and they accommodated them all! The pricing was very competitive and they were extremely communicative throughout the process - give these folks your business!!!
