I have been meaning to stop by River Town Inkery but honestly just haven’t made it over that way. But then I saw a promotion for their shop somewhere and decided to check out their website. I am SO glad I did! I found an item on their website that I liked and called the store to see if I could do curbside pickup instead of having to come in & they were happy to do it! The hoodie I ordered fits SO well and is so soft. I will be in very soon to purchase more!! I am a merchandiser for a large retail company and have been in retail for 15 years and honestly, every person I talked to at their store

This is hands-down my favorite shirt shop. Their designs are always great, but even more than that, their shirts fit perfectly, are super comfortable, and last a long time. When my wife asks me what I want for my birthday or Christmas, I literally tell her, “If Rivertown Inkery has anything cool that I don’t already have, get me that.”

I was not able to shop in store due to current events, but I recently placed an order online. Even though I ordered online, a more "faceless" transaction, I still received excellent customer service. After placing my order, I received an e-mail from the owner thanking me for my order and telling me to reach out to him if I had any questions or concerns. This really stood out to me, you rarely hear from a store personally when ordering online unless there is an issue. Kudos to Doug for making sure his customers know their business is appreciated.
