Went in and bought a Honda Ruckus. Service was excellent as expected. Workers also loaded and secured the scooter into the bed of my truck in the pouring rain (after I purchased straps for about $20). Ask for Chase if you go, he was an excellent employee and deserves a raise after being bombarded with questions from both of my inquisitive parents.

I called about getting a tune on my bike. they told me they don't actually have a Person who knows how to tune (just upload tunes made previously by others). I definitely wouldn't trust a shop that offers tuning and doesn't have a person that can do the whole process. -2 stars for the unfriendly attitude at the end of the call

Just an update to give a shout out to Alex in parts and accessories. Since buying the Scrambler shopping for all sorts of gear. Alex has been more than helpful and patient. Actually taking the time to teach me about helmets and giving excellent advice to guide me in the right direction direction for many different things.
Have been going to V1 for Honda service. Recently drcided to look for a Scrambler and went there. Worked with Madeline, looking and riding different bikes. She was invaluable in getting me through the whole process, and even reached out later to follow up make sure I was enjoying

V1 Moto is like an aged Texas ribeye with a filet mignon taste. The location looks nondescript, but enter and you are greeted with the Shangri-la of local motorcycle racing. They normally do not work on older model bikes, but I called and gave them my bike information and only needed an oil change so they told me to bring my bike in and they would take a look. The waiting area offers plush seating with supple leather, tv, water and an expresso machine while you wait with racks to hang up your gear. In addition, you are treated to a plexiglass view of the garage of bike maintenance in progress

I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a bike! Not only are the guys there super friendly and easy to work with, they gave me the best price in town on a bike none of the dealers were willing to budge an inch on!
It's obvious they'd rather have a repeat customers rather than squeeze every penny they can out of a single sale.
Doesn't matter if you're buying a $50K Ducati or a small dirt bike to kick around on(like I did), they still do everything they can to make the experience a pleasant one!
Heck, it's worth a stop just to see some of the amazingly beautiful bikes they have on display and talk bikes with the sales guys.

Its the only place I will take my Diavel Carbon to for any kind of service work, They do first rate work at a reasonable price. I used to take it there when its was Bob Lunsford but now it is V1 Moto they have improved the place and it has a lot better selection of bikes and not just Ducati's. Very friendly staff who have been there a long time and know their business.

I bought a used Ducati in Louisiana and V1 was recommended from the seller. Glad I live in Houston and was able to drop my bike off to these guys for an important service. Being a first time Ducati owner everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and explained everything. Service was top notch, bike hasn't run better, and most of all everyone is nice and seems trustworthy. Not to mention their showroom is insane. Definitely recommend if you have a Duc or Honda. Great place

I had seen V1 Moto post some bikes on Facebook Marketplace so I decided to check them out. I was amused and glad to see that they were located in a building I am sure I have seen most of my life there off 45N. I'm not sure how long V1 Moto has been in there but it brought back some great memories. (So that's the back story lol)

My husband and I went there, as we walked in there were 3 salesmen standing there talking 1 at a desk, 1 at the parts counter, and 1 or 2 in the back. Not one of them said hello, welcome, can I help you, or anything. We looked at a couple of bikes for me (looking to buy) , after about 30 minutes of looking and no one helping us we went to the parts counter, were the guy there acted like we were disturbing him, to try and buy a part for my husband's Honda bike. He dismissed us saying he would have to order the part and it would not be there until after lunch tomorrow, when my husband call there

Fantastic buying experience! I purchased a pre-owned bike from out of state. There were plenty of photos online to view. The price was great and all other costs were clearly stated up front. Luis made the long-distance purchase very easy and efficient. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was treated like a good friend. Fabio and Luis treated me great! These guys really made my buying experience the best. It's obvious that motorcycles and riding are their passion. After being taken care of so well, I rode my new bike 1,700 miles back to Las Vegas. No problems at all. Their shop had this bike

I called and asked for a sales person and got Jay. I told him what bike I was interested in
and he answered all my questions Plus gave me info. that I had not even thought about.
I showed up to get the bike and he had it ready and even loaded on the trailer for me.
I was back on the road & heading home about an hour. He went over EVERYTHING about

Trying to buy a used bike from these guys is like pulling teeth. I'm in CA and asking about the bike and also to have it shipped. They're not interested in explaining the bike details, nor about the prior bike ownership or service history. No way to get detailed pictures sent over concerns I have."my camera broke so...." em, use a phone or get another camera - jeez. Never once asked for my name or number. I called three times and each time was greeted with minimalist grunts and conversation. Way to go sales team.

Just leaving this dealership with my sons Honda PCX scooter. I am really pleased with the service and employees at this place. They really took the time to check everything out on the bike and do something about it. It was serviced last week at Stubbs Cycles where we purchased the scooter and they had overtightened the brakes and left the rear end low on oil. I am new to bikes and riding in general. I just happened by today and decided to stop in. Mike the accessory manager spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions on helmets, jackets, gloves, bike covers and locks. He did it all with a smile and had great input. I told him I was going to shop his prices online and he said "no problem, all I ask is for a shot to match the price." Well I did and he stayed true to his word! I placed my order, with Mike, via phone for a helmet, gloves, jacket and cover. This is what true customer service is and this is why I will channel all

This is how motorcycle service should be. I drop off my bike, they fix it. Normally a one day turn around. They are nice, and take a few minutes to chat about your bike, or motorcycling in general. Most importantly, they fix your bike right, the first time.
They sell new Hondas and Ducati's as well as watercraft. There is also a nice used bike shop in the back. I've purchased both new and used bikes here, and have been happy with the deal & the service after the sale.
Also a good place to come by and view the latest models. Upstairs they have a great collection of older Honda
