Criminal Law is an area of the law that includes a wide range of issues. The term Criminal Law includes charges from driving violations all the way up to murder. Our firm is proud to have Ross Holland, a Board Certified Specialist in Criminal Law, to handle these complex and vitally important cases.

If you are injured in an accident through no fault of your own, it can be a devastating experience. Medical bills, lost wages and painful injuries are all difficult to deal with.
If you are convicted of more than one violation arising from the same incident you will receive points for each violation. Speeding 10 mph or less in a posted speed zone of 55 mph or greater These points will not apply if driver has had no other moving traffic violation during the preceding three years.
Lunch will be on your own - off campus, only soft drinks and snack machines are available on campus. You must stay for the entire class, if you have to leave early, you will have to re-schedule your class. No late arrivals will be allowed in class after registration is complete. Ross Holland is a chip off of the Ole Block. His father was my first attorney and was the BEST in my opinion, and Ross is just as good, maybe even better.
