I paid $182 (actually $200..I paid the seller the lawyer fees) to this law firm. My original deed was supposed to be mailed to me; however, I never received it. I called the law firm and they sent me a copy. The law firm claimed they mailed it. I called the register of deeds and was told that my deed was given back to the law firm. I reached out to the law firm several times & no one would reach out to me. I understand that the deed possibly got lost in the mail; however, this business had no interest whatsoever in communicating with me in order to arrive at a resolution being that I paid for a

I am not sure what the prior reviewer is basing their review off of, but I have to say that I was utterly shocked when I read it. Mr. Bradshaw and his office treated myself and my case like it was of utmost priority, even though I know he had several going on at the same time. They were extremely prompt and his assistant Kelly Stancil went above and beyond for me!! They also were 100% honest with me and my case, without sugar coating anything so that I knew exactly what would hold up, what worked and what wouldn't. Mr. Bradshaw is extremely well versed and experienced when it comes to the courtroom
