I got a beautiful cake but literally nothing about it was what I ordered! I ordered a 12in, vanilla cake, with raspberry filling and vanilla frosting. Cake was to be purple and shimmery. Decorated to say happy birthday mom. Thats it. I was going to get her favorite flowers and decotate it myself with them. What I got was a 16in vanilla bean cake, with raspberry filling and vanilla bean frosting. Vanilla to vanilla bean not a big difference except it tasted like vanilla cinnamon. Not vanilla not vanilla bean. But cinnamon. Now the cake was white not purple. And was decorated with a ton of purple

I have celiac and live in Wyoming where it is impossible to eat out safely! Each time I visit Spokane, I plan my visit around a trip to Cole’s to dine-in and take home lots of goodies. I would happily give Cole’s 5 Stars for the food. Last night I had onion rings for the first time in 4 years, a philly grilled cheese, and amazing fries. Not to mention the delicious treats I took home from the bakery!

Update update: I’ve been going through much testing and while I still should avoid gluten, I should be completely and honest and say my doctor doesn’t think is a complete allergy as much as she did before. I have many ongoing health factors that are directly affected by what I put in my body. This has no affect on my review of this shop, I still love it to bits!
Update: This is a breakfast sandwich I made with their cheddar biscuits! It’s so good, the bread keeps its shape and it’s got sooo much flavor! I’m obsessed and it is worth every penny!

This place is great and the only one like it around here. Everything is gluten free and there are lots of dairy free options as well. I got the dairy free grilled cheese with turkey and it was delicious, the turkey was moist and seasoned, the fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly as well and the ranch which is dairy free and vegan is the best you wouldn't even know it. This pic is my leftovers it looked even better fresh. I will definitely be back!

I LOVE the concept of this place. For those with dietary restrictions, it's awesome. I went for lunch, had the chicken strips. Very greasy and slightly burnt. When I mentioned to our waitress. She just said sorry but didn't do anything about it. I ordered a thirty some odd dollar pie. Maybe $36?? Didn't realize it would be that expensive but my curiosity got to me and I did it. Took it for Thanksgiving at the family's house. Unfortunately, it was dry dry dry and hard crust. Almost everyone commented about how it could have been good had they crust not been so dry and hard, teeth breaking. Again

Fish and chips great! Kind of an English style batter and even reheats in the oven well. Pretty sure they do hand cut fresh fries too.
Coconut chicken strips…great idea, okay execution. I’d recommend smaller individual strips (though kudos on generous portions!). Needs a sweet chili sauce or mango/peach tropical style dipping sauce. Clerk recommended Ranch. I can’t imagine a worse sauce with coconut! Good sweet potato fries.
Caesar salad… romaine was browning (day of quality control issue

I didn't know what to expect when we tried this place out. I don't have any dietary restrictions and don't usually bother, but it's a bakery close to my home and decided to give it a try.
It's wonderful!! I highly recommend their lemon bars! So tart and tasty and I can't even tell it's gluten free! The cashier was incredibly sunny and helpful and I'd recommend this place to anyone whether they have special dietary needs or not! Say Hi to Milly, she's a delight!

This place is amazing. Gluten free restaurant with keto and vegan options. The food was great. Ordered fish and chips, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, coconut chicken, chicken fried steak, lemon bars and a 7 layer bar. The lemon bars were dairy free as well. They have keto friendly gluten free cinnamon rolls. Place is a little spendy but definitely worth it. The gluten free breading is amazing on the onion rings and the fish. The coconut chicken was delicious. The mozzarella sticks are perfectly crunch with amazing flavor to them. ***there currently is no dine in****
